    AC replacement

    We had our AC installed by Spring Home a few weeks ago. They did an awesome job recommending an AC model that is right for my home as well as with the installation.Professional and fast service.I wish they would install AC on a north wall of the house. it was not possible because of look of space.Would recommend to a friend.

    AC Installation

    We had our AC installed by Spring Home a few weeks ago. They did an awesome job recommending an AC model that is right for my home as well as with the installation. All and all, they were clear, professional and honest. I highly recommend this company.

    Cooling system problem

    On the hottest day of this summer the blower on my furnace stopped working. The next morning I called Spring Home and was told that they can have a service man over in the afternoon. He came at 2o'clock and diagnosed that the capacitor on the motor had failed. He happened to have a spare in his truck. The job was done in half an hour. We were very pleased with the service.

    furnace and central air conditioning

    When you have done your research, you will soon realize that this will be one of the larger investments that you will make in your house. You will also determine that regardless of the manufacture of the unit, your success will be based on installation and customer service , before, during and after. Spring Home is the real deal, from the knowledgeable out going sales staff, to the polite friendly installation crews. The companies mission which is sincere in every definition of the word is customer satisfaction. The installation of my equipment, was consistent with regards to detail and quality, you soon see why SPRING HOME is identified as a top notch company, their action's speak volumes above words. I spent hours researching products and companies, let me save you the bother. Like buying real estate, location, location, location, with heating and AC, its all about the installation, customer service and standing behind their word and product. SPRING HOME, gets my business and hard earned dollar.

    hi efficient furnace

    I have nothing but great praises for the way the company handled my requirement. First off they had to come back a second time to install the new furnace since it was discovered that the cooling coil installed previously by a different contractor was installed incorrectly and the drip pan had melted. The cost of a new coil was $500 which the previous supplier did not want to take responsibility for. Secondly, through the intervention of Spring Home's manager George Li, the manufacturer agreed to provide a new and better coil for free. I can highly recommend the company for their customer service and I am very confident that they will stand behind their work should I require any service in the future.

    Major Installation of gas heating and water and air conditioning

    Switched from very expensive electrical heating and water heater to gas heating for large 3 story house with 3 zones, as well as new air conditioning with 3 zones. Complex installation sone quickly, very neatly, and on schedule. System works beautifully. Very neat and professional work. Having had a house built for me in the past, and having had 2 houses remodeled previously, I can truthfully say that Spring Hones is among the very best contractors I have ever dealt with!

    AC repair

    I had issues with my air conditioning, leaking, and no one seemed to be able address the problem correctly. Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc were professional and corrected the issues efficiently. They were upfront about costs and Tiger was awesome, explaining and providing information every step of the way. Thank You! I would highly recommend Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc.

    Ductless Air Conditioner

    We had been putting off spending the money on a ductless air con unit for our bedroom... can only say, worth every penny! I got Spring Home's name from Homestars and from the get go they were hands down wonderful. The team of two arrived on time, explained everything and left our place spotless. Scored high in the customer service dept. as well with pre-appointment reminder, and after service follow up call. Would highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs.

    Air Conditioner and Furnace Replacement

    Cy gave me great advice and his team fitted the system quickly, tidyly and efficiently. This top of the range equipment is very quiet and very effective. An all round excellent service.
