    New Air Conditioner

    I had my air conditioner installed by Spring Home and was very happy with their service. The technicians Wilson & Jonathan are very knowledgeable and patient. I'm very grateful that they have shared a lot of the maintenance & repair information with me.

    AC / Heating maintenance package

    Bought the maintenance package to make sure both our AC and furnace were operating properly. Cheryl the sales rep was very good at return calls, booking appt that suited me and Tiger did a great job on site. Nothing bad to say about their service. Only wish I started using them years ago.

    New Air Conditioner

    From the start, I felt reassured that Spring Home was going to the company that I would select and did not need to shop around. When Sam called me, he was extremely professional and patiently explained all my options (cost vs. quality) and made me feel very comfortable that I was getting a quality product. The installation was arranged within 2 days. During the consultation, Sam advised us that our Neighbour may have damaged the coil to our furnace while they were doing work on their house and was super detail in his inspection before advising me of my options. Overall, the experience was relaxing and reassuring with a piece of mind that we were taken care of.

    HVAC Replacement

    thanks to spring home heating and cooling for an outstanding job start to finish. from our initial meeting at the home show, Cy Goh was knowledgeable and friendly about our new HVAC replacement. As owner, do your homework on HVAC systems so you can understand the product features. The install team was efficient and professional leaving the site clean. customer service follow up completes a great story. while not the cheapest, i did not feel comfortable with lesser cost contractors and am sure i would have been disappointed by not choosing spring home. spring home are here long term and not fly by nighters.

    AC Repair

    I used Spring Home Heating and Cooling for my home air conditioning unit and was so happy with them, that when the company I work at needed an air condition repair, I called them and they responded immediately. While we waited for a part to arrive, they did everything they could do get us through the wait. Impressively, they didn't charge us for the work that didn't produce results, rather we were only charged for the end result. I cannot praise this company enough.

    HVAC

    Spring Home Heating is my go-to HVAC company. Cheryl has always been phenomenal at understanding my needs, accommodating me very quickly in their constantly busy schedule and providing excellent customer service. She goes above and beyond to research alternative products so that I can make an informed decision. The technicians are always timely, courteous and extremely competent. I never worry because I know that I am in good hands.

    Multi Split Ductless Heat Pump

    Sam the sales consultant was fantastic, it was 6:30pm on a Friday and he still paid us a visit. Explained to us where we should put the units. We signed the contract the next day. Technicians are polite, clean and did a great job. Deserved the tips!

    Ductless Heat Pump System Installation

    I will put it very simply; if you want top customer service, quality and reliability, look no further. Spring Home staff is second to none and the quality of the work is impressive. My husband and I are difficult to impress so please mark my words! We had the pleasure to deal with Cheryl, Sam and his team and also George who replied to my Homestars email very late at night!

    New Furnace & Air Conditioner

    The sales agent showed up on time was provided me very good suggestions about where to place the units. He also gave the options for the Furnace and explained me the pros and cons of the different models available models. The installation team was very professional and arrived on time and they clearly communicated what they were going to do. When they were done, no one could notice that they installed a new furnace and AC unless I told them, everything was so clean. The team also checked with me couple of times later to check if the AC was working well and if I had any problems. I would recommend Spring Home for anyone looking for a new furnace or AC.

    Ductless Unit Installation

    Great experiences with the consultant Sam and his team of technicians. Polite, transparent, and kept our home clean. Reasonably priced. The customer service rep was also very very polite, and she even submitted the manufacturer rebate forms for us.
