    New Furnace & AC

    Great experience from start to finish. Bijan took the time to assess our requirements, answer our questions and gave us a very honest assessment of our needs compared to the other companies that quoted, and pricing was still very competitive. Peter and Victor did an excellent install, going above and beyond our expectations (capped chimney, raised copper piping to avoid outside water leaking into house, explained everything they did). The area was left cleaner than we they got there! We will definitely be recommending Spring Home for anyone's HVAC needs.

    New Water Heater Installation

    We bought the John wood water heater based on the recommendation from Jack at Spring Home Heating & Cooling. Jack is very knowledgeable, did not pressure us in any way. The installation experience is again nice and smooth. Wilson and Peter delivered the job in a professional way while Shirley is always reachable from the Back office coordinating the whole precess. The whole team is very customer oriented and able to resolve all the issues in time. Very nice company to deal with. We will not hesitate to contact them again when we need new furnaces. -- Also thanks to Cheryl for the excellent customer service.

    New Furnace Installation

    Our furnace started making noise so we called Spring Home. The technician arrived in the afternoon and found the fan is broken. He suggested us to replace the 30 years old furnace and we felt it's the best solution. Then he provided a few high efficiency models per the house size and we chose the Lennox. The installation was booked on next day since it's quite late at that moment so he brought us two heaters in case. The installers arrived before 9:00 am next morning. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Since it's a heavy snow day, they helped us clean the walk way to the side door before moving the furnace to basement. The installation is very professional, neat and clean. The furnace has been running very well for a couple of weeks and it's very quiet. I definitely will choose Spring Home next time to help us replace the air conditioner and recommend it to anyone who needs either new heating cooling devices or service.

    New Furnace

    We purchased a top of the line Trane furnace. The installation was flawless. They also helped us with our existing humidifier operation. Might not be the least expensive (we can't afford to buy the cheapest) but they took care of everything and we have appreciated the service and the furnace performance this hard winter. Zero problems.

    installation of new furnace

    Excellent services. The professional engineer explained all details for the new device before and after installation. One month later, I had a question and called back, got satisfied answer immediately.

    replacing furnace and air-conditioner

    We contacted Springhome to replace the old and noisy furnace and air-conditioner for us. The initial assessment and the implementation of the furnace and air-conditioning unit were both handled professionally. The Lennox furnace is so quiet that we hardly notice it is running. Looking forward to seeing how the air-conditioner performs in summer!

    New Furnace

    When my furnace was red-tagged on the coldest day of the year, I knew nothing about furnaces but after some research I discovered that you could buy the best furnace on the market and it would be useless without professional installers doing their job. Of course, in getting quotes, you meet the salesmen versus the installers so it’s a difficult decision and a bit of a leap of faith. I chose Spring Home because of previous reviews and I’m glad I did. Wilson and Jesus were the installers. They were polite, knowledgable and extraordinarily competent. The space they had to work in is small and the HVAC venting and intake was complicated. They worked diligently throughout the day ensuring an effective install that met code. After a long day they then took the time to walk me through their work, cheerfully explain the new features, the changes they made and what I could expect. My Enbridge bill just came in after the first month of using the new furnace. Usage was down 60% and the weather was 10% colder. THANK YOU Wilson and Jesus and Spring Home.

    Lennox Furnace

    Another Great Service from Spring Home. Jack was very Helpful and had our furnace installed professionally in very short time. We will use him again in future. Great price and service.

    New Water Heater

    We contacted Bijan for a quote to install a new water heater. He was prompt in responding and arrived a few days later to assess the job to be done. The communication via phone and email was great! Randy and Jesus arrived for the installation at the agreed time. Our water heater is located in a very confined area and they both worked very professionally to complete a very challenging installation. Randy went through a quick check list about our new heater. We were very pleased with our experience with Spring Home! Job well done!

    Furnace Replacement

    Our old furnace was installed 1988, although it was the 1st generation of high efficiency furnace by Lennox, it really was the time to replace. Spring Home Heating and Cooling technicians came and worked efficiently to replace the unit, and along the way, helped me adjust the gas line so I had more room in my broiler room. Their work was neat and focused, drop cloth covered the stairs to prevent scratches from moving furnaces up and down, the work area was swept clean and free of debris, old furnace was disposed. The paper work and thermostat unit was explained and instructed in detail. I am very happy with the recommended new Lennox model. I would recommend Spring Home Heating and Cooling to anyone.
