    Furnace

    We knew we needed a new furnace and so we got three quotes from different companies. After speaking with someone from Spring Home, we went with them. Everyone at the company was very nice to deal with. The team that showed up to instal was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We have had a very positive experience with this company.

    New Furnace Installation

    Our furnace broke down just before leaving for a two week trip. I was able to get Spring Home to come take a look at the furnace within a couple hours (on a Saturday morning) as my brother had used them for service in the past and had a good experience. When the service tech visited, we determined that I would be better off replacing the furance as our existing furnace was very old. Spring Home was very accomodative given we were going to be out of town, and they were able to coordinate with a relative of mine during the installation. Communication was prompt and clear, and the quote they provided clearly laid out what I would be paying, with no suprises. Overall, it was a great experience. I will likely be replacing my air conditioning unit in the future and will likely be choosing Spring Home again. I would certainly recommend their services.

    Furnace making a strange noise

    Our furnace was making a strange noise when running, and during the extreme cold weather. Spring Home Heating & Cooling was able to to send someone in the day I call and diagnose the problem and gave us options on what we could do. Very professional and pleasant. They followed up the next day with a quote for the repairs, which was very timely.

    Furnace Replacemnt

    Recently we had to decide on whether to repair or replace our 17 year old Lennox furnace. We called in a few companies including Spring Home. The same day we called, Cy came out to give us a quote and was very helpful in getting us scheduled in quickly. The next morning ( Sunday ). The installers were organized and good communicators, explaining what they were doing. After the installers left, the place was as clean as before they came in. Great job :)

    New Furnace and AC Installed

    My husband was searching for a company that will install our furnace and browsing through the internet he found Spring Home and right there and there he decided to contact Spring Home. The receptionist was very polite and very helpful. We requested for a salesman to come over to the house. So someone came the next day and he was very knowledgeable about the product he was offering us that will fit our budget, right size for our home and other things. We therefore agreed to go on with the furnace installation. The installer was also very nice and they did a great job. We are satisfied the way they worked until finally we decided to change our AC as well. So with the help of the salesperson, we again made a deal and in no time they installed our new AC. Again, they did a great job and we are satisfied. We would love to refer Spring Home to our friends. Hope you will continue helping people and continue doing a great job.

    Replacement of Heater/Air Conditioning Unit in Sunroom

    Cy was great to work with and very informative. He offered me a range of options for my heating/cooling issues in our sunroom. His installers were polite, efficient and very clean. Absolutely no issues at all I would recommend this company highly.

    Furnace

    During the coldest day of the year (so far) my husband and I found ourselves needing a new furnace. We searched online and found great reviews with Spring Home and decided to get a quote from them. What made them stand out was their customer service. Technicians Randy and Victor set up our furnace the next day and very efficiently. They took the time to ensure I understood what had been done and answered all my questions. Great service.

    Furnace maintenace

    I needed my furnace to be checked and tuned up if necessary. After having a bad experience with another HVAC company I decided to give Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc. a try. I made the appointment and noticed right away that the customer service provided was better than some of the other HVAC companies I have dealt with. The service tech arrived and did everything as expected. The good customer service was consistent even after the appointment with followup from the head office. I would recommend this company to others.

    Broken furnace

    Woke up to a frigid house on one of the coldest days of the year. Called Spring Home and they sent a technician right away and didn't even charge extra for an emergency call. He diagnosed a broken ignitor and had me fixed up and with heat again that day. I was very pleased with the speed of service and fair price.

    gas pipe installation, gas furnace, AC, condensate pump, AC

    I originally contacted Spring Home based on reviews from Home Stars. My husband and I were thinking about hiring a different company and simply wanted a second quote. Sam La came by, had a thorough look around and sent me a quote which was very clear, professional and turned out to be more reasonable and comprehensive than the quote we had previously received. Sam took a lot of time explaining the various systems and making recommendations. We were converting from an oil furnace/oil tank and didn't even have a gas line. Sam not only contacted Enbridge for us, but he also filled out the application and advocated for us when we found out that there was going to be construction on the street due to sewer upgrades. He followed through, was always available to answer questions and arranged for Amosite to remove the oil tank and furnace. They were a great recommendation. When we were finally ready, it was January and we managed to hit the coldest day of the year to run out of oil. Sam arranged for the instal on two days notice! Sam also arranged for us to have 2 electric heaters during the instal day. We were really delighted with the team - Tiger, Victor and Wilson managed to connect the gas line, instal the furnace, pump, thermostat and AC in one day! The work is excellent and all the pipes, ducts and lines look impeccable. They also cleaned and swept the area thoroughly. I was impressed when Tiger showed me how the whole system worked, where each line was going and how they were able to work around what was already there. TIger even stayed around to speak with the gas inspector, who arrived just after 8 PM. The inspector took until well past 10 PM and during that time Tiger patiently answered all of his questions. Tiger even returned the following day to ensure the furnace was working properly. The team from Spring Home were professional and a pleasure to work with. We are really happy with our Lennox modulating gas furnace. I highly recommend Spring Home!
