We had to replace our furnace because parts for it were no longer available. After getting a number of quotes from different heating contractors, we decided to use Spring Home Heating and Cooling. From the start to finish we were very satisfied with the very professional manner Cy Goh presented information on the furnace. He answered all our questions and quoted on a number of furnaces that he felt would best meet our needs. As it turned out his quotes were the most reasonable of all the contractors we contacted. Spring home installed our furnace within the week and their installers, Randy and Jesus were equally professional. The worked very hard removed the old furnace and cleaned up our basement area exceptionally well. Before leaving they explained the various parts of the new furnace and went over the warranty and maintenance requirements with us. Like Cy they were very knowledgeable. We could not get over how much warmer our house is! Being in our home for nearly 40 years it has never been as comfortable as it is now. That was a bonus in itself and the furnace we installed was a mid range efficiency delivering 96% efficiency. We are very pleased with spring Home and would not hesitate to recommend them. Spring Home did a totally professional job, they did it fast and they were a pleasure to deal with. At 2am the night before New Years Eve a furnace blew at our income property. We were facing a holiday with no heat for 5 people with temperatures around -6. Cy from Spring Home called me right back by 9:30am and had a technician at the house within 2 hours. He thoroughly inspected the basement and by 3pm that day we had a crew at the house installing a high efficiency furnace. It was a hard job - low ceilings, tight spaces and almost no place to vent. In the end, the expected 5 hour job took 3 hours longer than that, but Cy and his team stuck with their quote and didn't raise prices. They left to celebrate the new year at about 11pm and we could finally relax and enjoy ours. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Had my furnace replaced and added AC. Cy came out to give me a quote and was very helpful in getting us scheduled in quickly. The installers were organized and good communicators, explaining what they were doing. Great job :)

We're really happy with our SpringHome experience. It started with Jack spending a lot of time during the initial quoting period making sure that the planned work would satisfy our needs given some tough spatial requirements. Once we decided to go ahead, George and his team were fantastic and worked really hard to get our heat/water running again ASAP and ensure that no space was wasted. They even spent much more time than I expected on some totally unrelated work that they did without charge. Some minor cleanup work had to be left incomplete after the initial 2-day install was finished (partly because they worked past 10pm both days, and partly because a needed part had to be obtained), but even that was scheduled & completed within days. This was seriously the best renovation experience I've ever had. Thanks again guys!

We recently had a new Lennox furnace installed in our house by Spring Home in November 2014. I was impressed that Spring Home sent a representative over the same day that I called and had an installer at my house the next day. This was after I had phoned two other local companies and they told me that I had to wait for a few days until someone was available to see me (even though we were experiencing below zero temperatures and my home was without heat). Each person that I dealt with at Spring Home was very professional and had a "client first" attitude. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their furnace repaired or replaced.

Our family had a string of health emergencies that made it a very exciting end of the year and just to make things all the more interesting we had two furnace break down at the same time, while I was 'ping ponging' between two hospitals. We had to replace an old furnace and repair of another furnace all within days of each other and right in of the medical emergencies. Thank fully we found out about Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc from a close friend. I found out another mutual friend was also very satisfied with the amazing job done by the staff at Spring Home Heating & Cooling. Right from the initial conversation to the final installation, everything was handled in a very polite, friendly and professional manner. I did not feel like they were simply trying to get more business, but that they cared about our family concerns and furnace needs during the first stretch of cold weather in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). The furnace that was replace was done superbly and the new furnace is less half the size, a fraction of the weight and very quiet and efficient. The original furnace was extremely heavy and installation crew got a good workout removing it and it was done very carefully without damaging any of our new flooring or walls. The installation crew was very friendly and courteous. They even repaired the poor furnace ducts installed with the old furnace unit. The ducts were not secured or fastened and fell as soon as the original furnace was moved (I couldn't believe the poor workmanship by the people who installed the original furnace). Thankfully nobody was hurt. The ducts were properly fastened and the needed additional duct work was added. The crew took careful consideration in installing the new exhaust pipes out of the home. The Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc did a meticulous job making sure the new hardwood floors were not damaged and cleaned up everything afterwards. Amazing job! The other furnace that needed repairs also needed specific parts to be replaced. During the initial visit the repairman was able to get the furnace working at the low stage/level and order the new pressure switch and exhaust blower needed to run at the high stage/level (we have a two-stage furnace). The parts arrived quickly and the job was completed without any issues. Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc is a company that I would highly recommend to anyone who wants an amazing job done and deal with honest, friendly people at a competitive price! We replaced our furnace and air conditioning system in October, 2014. We had contacted multiple contractors, spending a great deal of time speaking with each one to fully understand the product and service we would be getting. My wife is quite particular and careful when it comes to doing projects like this. After speaking to Cy at Spring Home, we were impressed with his technical knowledge and patience. I had a lot of questions...and my wife had even more. I had multiple follow up calls with him, and he was very patient in answering all our questions. Furthermore, we found his pricing was the fairest of all the quotes we got. The technicians who did the work that day were very polite and hardworking. After they finished the job, they diligently cleaned up the area, and patiently explained what they did and the required maintenance. Cy followed up afterwards to ensure we were happy with everything. A couple of months later, we decided to change our ductwork in the basement. The first person we thought of was Cy. This time, we didn't even bother getting multiple quotes since we were very pleased with the work Spring Home did on the furnace and A/C Cy sent George to give us the quote. Again, we were very impressed with George's knowledge and patience with all our questions. We just can't say enough about how pleased we are with the work they did. Great price and great service; we couldn't ask for anything more.

Exceptionally knowledgeable sales staff and extremely courteous and helpful installation staff. They were not the lowest [rice but were much clearer with respect to the product to be installed and very professional. We would certainly recommend and will use again.

I needed to replace a furnace that was turning 30 years old and an A/C that wasn't much younger. I found Spring through a search I did on Home Stars; I was very impressed by all the positive reviews and high ratings so I requested a consultation. Cy came to the house and was very polite, knowledgeable and informative. Not at all pushy. In the end Spring did the installation and we are very pleased with the results. All the staff at Spring are kind and professional. I'm happy that all of the positive comments posted about this company ended up being true!

Furnace needed to be replaced and decided to do AC at same time. Got quotes from 5 different companies. The 2 top rated Homestars companies came out on top. A Lennox furnace and AC system was selected. In the end, Spring Home ended up being the cheapest. Installation team was excellent. Already received the Govt and Mfg rebates - making the cost of the replacement even better.
