    Lennox furnace

    We had a 20+ years old furnace coming to the end of its life. After some study, we've decided to contact Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc. and a couple of other companies for a free estimate. Spring Home provided the most detailed information which convinced me they are competent and my husband and I felt comfortable. Spring Home installed a Lennox furnace with ithermostat a couple of months ago. It works well, and operates quietly as they explained to us. Good job Spring Home.

    Furnace,AC, Hot Water Heater Replacement

    I would like to thank Spring Home Heating and Cooling for a job well done. My Furnace, A/C and Hot Water Heater was over 20 years old and due for replacement. I received several quotes, but was really impressed with the detailed quote from Sam La. Sam took the measurements of my house and e-mailed me the quote the next day, itemizing each item in detail. I needed some clarification, Sam took the time to clarify all the questions to my satisfaction. The work was scheduled for Dec 2, 2014. The technicians Randy Ng and his crew were at my door step, right on time. They were very professional and courteous. They worked the entire day and left my place neat and tidy when they finished. I was really impressed with the workmanship and professionalism from start to finish. I will be happy to recommend Spring Home Heating and Cooling for any HVAC work.

    Furnace replacement

    We went with Spring Home to replace our old furnace. They were recommended by 2 friends who had very good experiences with this company. I also got 2 other quotes and Spring Home was very competitively priced along with my friends recommendations, it was an easy decision to go with them. Cy was easy to deal with from a sales perspective and was very informative in assisting us make our decision on the furnace. He contacted me the same day I called to inquire and visited our home that night. Within a few days of deciding, Victor and Wilson showed up within the time specified and were very efficient in taking out our old furnace and installing the new one including replacing the exhaust pipes. Everything went very smoothly and they took the time to make sure I was happy with the install and demonstrated how to use the thermostat. We barely even notice that it is on, it is very quiet and like the fact we can control the thermostat remotely. We will definitely keep Spring Home in mind for our future HVAC needs.

    Boiler Furnace Maintanence

    We had a lot of difficulty finding a person to maintain our boiler. Spring Home was knowledgeable, informative, thorough and professional. Tiger knew every part of the boiler furnace and checked it thoroughly. When we asked him about a condensation problem we were having, he checked the exhaust temp and made some suggestions. We were very impressed that he knew more about our boiler than we did. That wasn't often the case lately. My husband was impressed that he didn't put the fear in us. We have an old boiler and have many more renovations to do before it. Thanks again Spring Home. We will see you next fall.

    Lennox Furnace

    On Saturday, the old furnace died, and died hard in our detached home (2000 sq ft) in an old Toronto neighborhood. It was cold outside, and I had only a couple space heaters, with two young kids at home, so... I had to solve this situation quickly and in a way that left me with no regrets. I searched the Web for the company with the best reviews. Found this HomeStars site, and saw Spring Home there at the top. I read many reviews, then went and looked at their Web site. I phoned them, and "Cy" the sales rep called me right back, gave me an estimate over the phone, talked in terms that made sense, and said he could come out that afternoon. We met. I liked what he had to say, and agreed to a good Lennox furnace at what I am now told (by my neighbor the HVAC guy) was a very good price. The next day, as agreed, two young men - Wilson and Victor - showed up early - extremely competent, friendly and business-like. In 6 hours they did all the work: took out the old unit, checked all drains, replaced all hoses, put in new vents, built out the ductwork, tested thoroughly, then cleaned up. When they were done, they explained everything to me and I gave them a cheque without any regrets. My house is heating up as I type these words, and the kids are just about due home from school.

    Install new AC

    Our old AC stopped working during summer. We picked three companies with highest ratings in HomeStars to call and to quote. Finally we chose Springhome as our final choice based on the following reasons: 1. Springhome answered our call within 24 hours. 2. Springhome's comfort consultant Jack visit us within 24 hours after our first call. 3. Jack gave us a very reasonable quote and explained the detail installation process/plan. 4. The professional service Jack provided made us believe Springhome is one of the top AC dealers and Springhome can gave us the professional service we were looking for. The installation service provided five days later proved that we made the right decision. Springhome's technicians Amir and Allen came to our home to installed the new AC. It took them less than a day to finish the work. Both of them are very experienced. They not only installed the new AC set, but also flushed the existing line set without breaking ceiling, made/installed new wall bracket and vent. At the end , they even cleaned the work area through. Springhome provided us a great installation service and we are very satisfy and appreciate their work. If anyone is looking for AC installation service, we highly recommend SpringHome. Thank you, Jack, Amir and Allen.

    Furnace and Air Conditioning replacement

    After reading several glowing reports on Spring Home Heating and Cooling, we made an appointment for an estimate to replace our original 20 plus year old Lennox furnace and air conditioning units .Enter Cy Goh,of Spring Home, a very pleasant, punctual and product savvy individual who gave us several choices on Lennox, spent over two hours with us detailing all aspects of our future investment. Tried another estimate from a large contractor locally in the Durham area, but they could or would not match Spring Home Pricing. Not even close. Installation was performed on October 27,2014 by Victor and Jesus. who spent almost twelve hours in our home.They were polite, efficient and left the work area spotless. All work was explained in detail, giving us clear instructions on operation of the air cleaning, and WiFi control systems. Long live Spring Home!!!

    New Furnace & AC

    No doubt, we chose Springhome again for our new purchased house. As usual, Springhome provided the perfect service. Technician Tiger and Peter arrived on time, and covered the floor fully with the blankets to keep the house clean. Before the installation, they went through each major step with us. My husband is a very detail-oriented person, but they were very patient and explained all his concerns clearly. I have to say, we were very impressed even before they started work. The installation was excellent. The two technicians were very professional and efficient. They knew what to do and had an attitude providing the best service. After the installation, they cleaned up the entire work area carefully, just like cleaning their own houses. In general, we were very satisfied with the service quality. We will highly recommend Springhome to all our friends!

    New furnace,airco and hot water tank

    My old furnace was working fine but was entering its 21st year so it was only a matter of time before it would cause a serious problem. That, plus the available rebates and the fact that new furnaces are so much more efficient made me decide to replace it before the winter started. I received quotes from two other companies that sounded good but whose reputation, based on available reviews here and on other sites, were less than stellar. I then came cross Spring Home and they quoted me an excellent price and warranty and so I decided to go ahead with a new furnace, air conditioner and even a bigger water heater to replace the old Direct Energy rental unit. Right from the get-go it felt like they were a truly customer oriented company. As others have said, Cheryl is a joy to deal with, always willing to help and explain things that need explaining. The installation took a day and was finished professionally. They covered the floors and stairs and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. The only problem was with my Aprilaire steam humidifier which was not yet on when the installation took place. When I did have to turn it on it did not cause the furnace blower to come on when the humidifier did and steam in the duct work without the blower on is a bad idea. After a technical investigation on how to best integrate the humidifier with the new furnace, Ali came and set up the humidifier to be controlled by the iComfort thermostat rather than the Aprilaire supplied humidity control unit. It works like a charm now. If you are looking for a HVAC company where customer service is still alive, I strongly suggest you look into Spring Home.

    New HRV

    After receiving quotes from 3 different companies, I purchased a Heat Recovery Ventilator from Sam, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installation was very professional, with stairs and flooring covered, and everything cleaned up afterwards. Randy answered all my questions and reviewed all installation steps with me beforehand. And Kim followed up a few days later, to ensure that everything was satisfactory.
