    New A/C & Furnace

    It was a pleasure to work with Cy and the installation team. Cy took the took the time to explain the various products and made recommendations based on my needs. The installation team did a great job and was respectful of my home throughout the process. When the job was complete, Randy took the time to explain our new system and walked us through maintenance, etc. The team also made sure to clean up afterwards. It was a big job but the team at Spring Home made me feel at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    AC Installation

    Everyone at Spring Home Heating & Cooling was wonderful to work with from start to finish. They took care of everything and did a thorough inspection before recommending and completing the AC installation in our home.

    Water heater installation

    I would recommend Spring Home to anyone looking for a new water heater. I did some research which of course everyone should do, visited big box stores but the bottom line is that Spring Home know their business better than others I spoke to and they were able to handle it all for me. I did not need to act as a go-between for a big box store and subcontractor. Sam, who is a pleasure to deal with, was able to give me a quote over the phone on the tank I wanted, he came over afterwards to confirm the details and he made it his priority to replace our leaking tank as soon as possible which was the very next morning. The installers were pleasant, professional and worked hard to get our old tank out of the basement without damaging floors, doors or walls. You could tell in general they knew what they were doing. They showed me how everything worked and when they left the difference in hot water supply was like night and day. We are very glad to have chosen Spring Home Heating and we will call again if we need any heating or cooling work. (I am sorry this review is late. I tried posting it once before but it was not put up.)

    Complete HVAC Replacement

    We have only positive things to say about Spring Home. Needing an urgent replacement of an A/C, we decided to replace the furnace(16 years old) at the same time. Cy responded quickly and helped us decide on the LennoxSLP98v/XC14/icomfortWiFi. Price was fair and competitive. Ceji and Amir completed the installation in one long day...they are knowledgable, conscientious and respectful of you and your home. Cheryl knows everything on the administrative side and is very quick to action. I had a couple of detailed technical questions on the System operation post-install and George responded immediately. Would not hesitate recommending Spring Home for all your HVAC needs

    Total HVAC replacement

    Wow, what customer service! It began with Sam the sales and account manager who bent over backwards over 10 months, darting in and out of large reno project to make sure every need was met and every complication was properly dealt with. This was service beyond our high expectations. I mean, early morning and evening status calls, emails at all hours of the day, meeting on site repeatedly, you name it, he did it. Product recommendations and prices were bang on and awesome, as I cross referenced with 2 other top rated HomeStars vendors. They're not "cheap", but we like paying for quality service. Then came the technicians, with Tiger leading the project. He listened, brainstormed, and took as much care as he could muster on this complex project. We have a small footprint that needed very tricky routing of supply and ventilation for our furnace and tankless hot water system. The whole crew was so professional, revisiting as needed and measuring carefully so we could deal with every request. That included supply vents running through cabinets to remain hidden behind cabinet doors. The list goes on and on. On any project of this size, things go wrong and people miss things. However, it's how George (the owner) and all the crew dealt with each situation that really stands out to us, and we've seen many a contractor in our days. We were treated like 5-star clients so they earned a top review. Look no further!

    HVAC

    We had to replace our 19 year old furnace. Salesman, Cy provided excellent advice on the furnace, ductwork, humidification and air filtration. (It's a lot more than just replacing a furnace, as the whole system should be evaluated) Cy took the time to visit our house on 3 occasions to verify measurements etcetera and was very patient with us in making our decision. It's a big decision that we have to live with for the next 20 years, therefore we appreciated all his time and effort in explaining everything to us in detail. As far as the installation of the equipment .....I have a technical background and must admit that I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to this stuff. The installation was excellent. Very professional and workmanlike job. Furthermore, and probably even more important, the two technicians had a "do it right" attitude and put all their efforts into doing the very best job possible. Very impressive and refreshing to see this attitude in today's market place. To sum everything up; if you're looking to deal with friendly, knowledgeable and professional people for your HVAC needs, (Sales - Administration -Installation - Service follow-up) and want excellent advice, together with excellent service, then Spring Home Heating & Cooling is the company you should choose.

    New A/C

    Sam was quick to respond to my inquiry and provide me with an initial estimate over the phone. When he came by a few days later and assessed our actual situation (older home with a low basement height, older furnace, etc.) he explained how based on the situation we could not actually install a higher efficiency unit, and recommend a unit that was actually lower priced (but which is still efficient and quiet). I appreciated his explaining everything thoroughly and honestly, as others had tried to sell us a higher efficiency solution at a much higher cost. The installation was also very professional and done on schedule. I would highly recommend this company.

    replace old ductless air conditioner

    Our ten year old ductless Mitsubishi Air Conditioner died during a very hot weekend in August. Cy (at Spring Home) sent out a diagnositc tech who told us that the money we'd need to put in to further investigate and repair the old machine, might be better used for a new system. I did not feel any sales pressure however and took time to discuss the matter with my husband and to check out a variety of options and other heating/air conditioning companies. In the end, we decided to follow the advice and replace everything with a new unit and Spring Home gave us the best estimate along with a good maintenance package. The work was completed as contracted in a timely, clean and well supervised way. So far, (fingers crossed) the unit is delivering as promised and we are very happy with the project. In fact, we plan to use Spring Home for all our heating and air conditioning needs. I would highly recommend them.

    Air Conditioner Installation

    We first contacted Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems based on a recommendation of another AC company (as we were informed they had experience with high velocity systems) and their Home Stars rating. Cy, the sales representative, was very knowledgable and patient with dealing with our many questions and concerns. We were very happy with the price quoted. Randy and Peter, the installation technicians, were both very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Randy and Peter were punctual and worked diligently to install our new system. They also offered helpful maintenance tips and advice. We would happily recommend Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems to anyone - in fact we will use them again ourselves when our second AC unit finally dies.

    Central Air Conditioning

    Working with Spring Home Heating & Cooling has been a rewarding experience. They are professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, timely, and pay close attention to what the customer wants. Very helpful to assist in processing of OPA grant documents.
