We bought a new house and the air conditioning and humidifying system needed to be installed. I was recommended by my friend to contact Spring Home. Of all of them, Sam, was the most informative and left us with the best impression. Spring home was the most expensive of all of our quotes, however he also did the best job of suggesting models for our needs and explain the pricing. At this point, we decided to go with Spring Home. The Installation went incredibly well, two of their installers showed up very on time in the morning and stayed through the afternoon putting in the new equipment, and they left our house clean. All in all, I really enjoyed my experience with Spring Home. I would have no doubt to recommend them to my friends.

My Wife and i moved into an old house and the HVAC system needed to be replaced, the old equipment was between 30 and 20 years old. We did research online in respect to brands, and the general summary was that the brand didn't matter as much as the installation and the contractors. With that in mind we had numerous installers come in and give us quotes. Of all of them, Cy, was the most informative and left us with the best impression. Spring home was the most expensive of all of our quotes, however he also did the best job of suggesting models for our needs and explain the pricing. We also liked the fact that he suggested what we needed, and turned us away from equipment that would be unecessarily expensive for our home, although we did splurge on the IComfort thermostat. Due to this we decided to go with Spring Home. The Installation went incredibly well, two of their installers showed up in the morning and stayed through the afternoon and into the evening removing our old equipment and putting in the new equipment, and they left our house clean. In addition, it turned out that we had some issues with code, and they were able to help us remove the walls. Also, they put in a new chimney flue when they realized the old one was too large when were going from Mid efficiency to High efficiency furnace. All in all, I really enjoyed my experience with Spring Home. I would have no hesitations in recomending them to any of my family or friends.

I phoned Friday, they sent out a repairman who outlined my options (the system was 13 years old). Randy and Ali removed the old system and installed the new one next day.!!They were polite cheerful and tidy. spring Home replaced my furnace last year and the service then and now was superb. Great outfit ! .

Spring Home was courteous right from the beginning. Cheryl asked if we had changed our AC filter first to try and save us a visit to begin with. Kevin was knowledgeable, helpful and very courteous. Would highly recommend.

Spring Home were fantastic. Professional from the beginning with easily the best quote we received. Didn't feel pressure to make fast decision and once the decision was made installation was quick and painless.Highly recommend!

**** UPDATE: Just over a year after the furnace was installed a small component failed that prevented it from heating. The timing could not have been worse. It was late in the evening in late October and I was having all the windows at my home replaced. I managed to get through to Spring Home at about 8PM and they arranged for an engineer to come out that night to get the furnace up and running. A huge thanks to George and especially Kevin for being away form his family late at night to make sure my family was comfortable. Exceptional customer service. **** Spring Home installed a new AC and furnace combination for me about 12 months ago. There were some issues with the installation but Cy and George did go the extra mile to ensure that everything was corrected which I greatly appreciate. One issue that cropped up was a rattling noise when the AC is running. Spring Home were unable to identify any problems with the equipment. In the end I found that it was a water pipe that rattled when the fan reached a certain speed. I notified Spring Home and they sent someone out to secure these pipes and now the rattle has disappeared.

We have had our AC installed by Spring Home about 2 months ago and the AC has been great. We are very happy with our purchase. Cy was very knowledgable and was very thorough answering our questions and concerns. Along with that, the installation staff were very friendly and polite. They did a solid job with their installation and the workmanship was top notch. We would definitely recommend Spring Home to customers looking for excellent workmanship and quality.

Cheryl With this heat wave, your staff must be run off their feet. It’s been a very long day for Kevin even more so because of the heat. It’s 11:50 PM and Kevin just left. Kevin is a very dedicate and polite employee who acts in a professional manner. His action speak well of Spring Home and reinforces my belief that we made the right decision in choosing Spring Home. It was our first summer with our baby and I couldn't take another heat wave so we decided it was time to get central air - and fast! I started my search on Homestars and began calling top-rated companies on one of the hottest days of they year. I had some ac companies actually laugh at me for calling them when the temperature was so high, which was off-putting to say the least. I met with three companies to collect quotes and began to learn more about AC facts along the way. The third company I met with was Spring Home Heating and Cooling Systems Inc. I spoke with Cy over the phone and I really liked his direct approach. Cy was very matter-of-fact and I had a good feeling with him where I didn't feel like he was 'sugar coating' a potential sale. Meeting and Quote Cy made time on the holiday long weekend to come by and meet with us to finalize the quote. He informed us of everything and never did I feel like he was trying to up-sell us. Installation Once all the paperwork was signed, the Spring Home technicians arrived on time, as promised, and worked like troopers to have everything done as soon as possible. It was sooo hot that day and they remained polite, informative and very efficient throughout the whole process. First, they showed me what they would be doing. Then as they worked, they laid down drop clothes to keep my floors clean. They built a lovely pad to elevate the unit and customized it a bit because of a slop on my yard. Upon completion, they walked me through how the unit worked from the outside to the inside and answered all of my questions. They also completely cleaned up their working space so it was as if they were never there, EXCEPT now my house is cool and wonderfully comfortable! In conclusion, Spring Home Heating and Cooling Systems Inc. are consumate professionals from the sales representative to the installers and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Their workmanship was excellent. We also got a Lennox which has a top-notch reputation. Spring Home Heating and Cooling Systems Inc. is not the cheapest but I always say you get what you pay for and I know if you use them, you'll be very pleased!

We had contacted 3 home heating contractors to replace our 27 year old AC Unit. The initial phone call with Cy Spring home heating was all that it took to make our decision. He was very knowledgeable and his recommendations were exactly what we were looking for. The follow up was prompt and courteous. With the actual installation, The AC was installed within a number of hours and is working perfectly. The team that did the install was courteous and let us know what was going on.
