    Mitsubi Ductless

    I am enjoying my new A/C system in this humidity and really loving this system more&more as time goes on. Therefore Springhome is very well deserving a good review from me. Sam the salesman was great. His knowledge of the ductless A/C system I wanted was amazing. He explained every detail to me. I really appreciated how he was able to schedule me for a quick installation date even with my uncompromising schedule. The installation team was great to say the least. Randy and Ari were very pleasant from the moment they stepped into my home. They were well informed about what I wanted and worked like a well oiled machine. Even with extreme height, awkward location and harsh weather. They were able to get the unit to exactly where Sam and I had discussed(other companies said it was possible but wanted more money or said it wasnt possible). In other words it wasn't an easy job. Every aspect of the installation was explained to me and nothing was attempted until they had my approval. That was very impressive since they had to walk up&down 3 flights of stairs everytime. After everything was installed. They did a great job cleaning up and was very thoughtful to close the baby's room door before they did any vacuuming. I am very impressed with this company and would definately recommend them to anyone looking for a professional HVAC company. These guys are on a higher level when your talking about customer service. I could tell Randy and Ari cared about what they were doing, and wanted the me to be happy with every installation detail. Instead of just coming and doing what was needed and leaving.

    INSTALL NEW HIGH EFFICIENCY GAS FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONING UNIT

    The Spring Home Team led by Wilson arrived on time and installed a new Lennox gas furnace and air conditioning unit in one day. They continually explained what they were doing and why. There workmanship was top quality and the the end product was excellent. Finally after a hard days work they gave me a thorough tutorial on the system and how to work it and left the house clean and tidy. Good Work!!

    Furnace and Air Conditioning

    After researching on Homestars, we chose this company for a maintenance call for our existing furnace. I was very impressed from the very first call by Cy and arranged for a technician to come out. The technician was very impressive with his knowledge, punctuality and manners. He answered all my questions and when I realized the furnace was much older than I thought, I contemplated replacing our entire system. At that point, there was no question in my mind who would do the job it was just a matter of timing. With an erratic work and holiday schedule to deal with I had very specific time frame that Spring Home was able to accommodate. Issues arose during the change over due to the age of our home but Spring Home had no difficulties adapting. The crew was very polite and all of the work was done perfectly. The job site was left completely clean and tidy. Great company.

    Home furnace

    We had contacted 3 home heating contractors to replace our 20 year old furnace. The initial visit by a Spring home heating rep was all that it took to make our decision. He was very knowledgeable on every aspect of our old furnace and hisrecommendations were exactly what we were looking for. Not only was the pricing the most competitive, but the follow up was prompt and courteous. With the actual installation, there were a few unforeseen problems with our basement which the 2 workers handled deftly and cheerfully ( and without extra charge ! ). The furnace was installed within the day and is working perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the results! We basely even hear our furnace now when it engages.

    12,000 BTU ductless air conditioner with heat pump

    Spring Home Heating and Cooling was recommened to us by a neighbour. Sam La ( the sales person) contacted us and explained thoroughly exactly what we would be purchasing. He was professional and very courteous. Our air conditioner was installed on the arranged date with no problems. The installers were polite,efficient and cleaned up all the debris. We are very satisfied and would reccommend Spring Home without hesitation. John and Geraldine

    Central Air Conditioning

    Everyone (from Cheryl who answers your calls; to Sam Lu their sales rep; to Their installers) I've dealt with in this company is a consummate professional. Cheryl and Sam are very knowledgeable and helpful re: the products they sell. The installers are very skilled, quick and courteous. These guys actually went above and beyond the call of duty. It started to rain Half way through the installation. So, what did they do? Did they high tail it out of my house? No, they waited for over one and a half hours in their van until the rain let up so they could continue working. Don't think that's a big deal? Well, search this site for my review of their biggest competitor and see how big a deal it really is! Oh ya, and the final price for the CAC, the taxes and the installation were over $1,000. less than what their biggest competitor is charging! What more can you ask from an H.V.A.C. company!? Seriously, I'm surprised they haven't put their competition out of business yet! Now, I could go on and give you the negative details re: the lousy experience I recently had with their biggest competitor but I want to make this review as positive as possible because these guys worked their back sides off for me and I think whoever reads this will appreciate it if I just stick with my experiences with Spring Home. Suffice it to say; If you want the best H.V.A.C. service/products in Southern Ontario I think...no I KNOW you can't do better than Spring Home. Thanks again guys :)

    Air Conditioner purchase and installation

    Sam responded promptly to my initial queries and requests and the crew performed the installation with no mess or complications. Sam followed up post-installation. The product is excellent. Spring Home was also the most price competitive of the quotes I requested. Great job.

    Furnace and airconditioner purchased and installed

    All of the people we came in contact as part of the sales and installation process were knowledgable, resposonsive and very professional throughout the process. The installation team was concientious and took the extra time to ensure everyhting was properly installed and cleaned up. I would definitely recommend the firm for someone who wants to ensure a quality installation occurs.

    Air Conditioner

    You can go cheap and have an amateur install it or pay a little more for quality work. The unit itself is not the only thing you should worry about, it's also how they install it! I personally went with "Spring Homes" because they have their own installers, BBB affiliated, carry American Standard, have a TSSA license and rated very highly on homestars.com. And to be honest with you, I am not disappointed with their work. The two installers explained everything to me. How it works, what they were doing (step by step) and how to maintain it. Very happy with them. Will definitely recommend "Spring Homes" to my neighbours.

    Ductless A/C

    I contacted several companies to provide me with a quote on installing ductless A/C in our home. Cy was by far the most knowledgeable, least aggressive sales I had in. He was able to answer all of our questions and didn't try to up sell us on a more expensive unit we didn't feel we needed. Once we decided on the unit, they were able to install it inside of two weeks. The installers worked for a full 12 hours, not leaving until they were certain the units were all working as expected and that we knew how to operate them. We've had quite a bit of work done on the house recently and the Spring team was by far the best at cleaning up afterwards. There were no screws, nails, pieces or anything else left outside. I was somewhat skeptical that the ductless A/C would be quiet enough not to drive me crazy but even with all three going the last few days the sound is hardly noticeable. I would definitely recommend Spring to anyone considering ductless.
