    NEW FURNACE, HUMIDIFIER, AIR CLEANER

    After obtaining four quotes, I went with Spring Home based on their solid reputation and thorough evaluation of my home's heating needs. They Installed a top line Lennox furnace, humidifier and air cleaner. All aspects of the service were excellent, including the sales process (informative, helpful), installation (on time, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient) and office support (confirmation calls, help with rebates), all for a fair price. I highly recommend Spring Home - they are the best.

    Furnace, A/C, Air Purifier Installation

    We are so happy to have found Spring Home via Homestars. Cy was very friendly, informative and patient, meeting with us in person and then answering my tons of questions by email afterward. He recommended the best system for us to replace our old one and did not try to oversell. Tiger and Wilson performed the installation and were efficient, clean and friendly. Unfortunately we have a zoning issue and need to move the A/C unit. Cy was very helpful in arranging this and the company gave us a reduced price for the move since we had our original installation just a month ago. I would highly recommend their services and I must say their aftercare is extremely attentive.

    New A\C and Humidifier Install

    We called several HVAC companies based on their Homestars reviews. We worked with Cy from their sales team. Cy was very knowledgeable, and answered every detailed question we asked. He was very responsive when we called or emailed, getting a complete answer in a timely manner. He provided options based on budget and quality and made us feel very comfortable with our decision to go with Spring Home. Ari and Bruce managed our installation. We received a call from head office in the morning to let us to confirm the start time, and received calls from Ari and Bruce from the road. Tight communication from the entire team. Ari and Bruce explained they work that would be done, confirmed placement of AC and routing of all the pipes and wiring before getting started. They worked hard throughout the day, working through lunch, in rain and mud, to get the job done. When the job was done, they again walked me through what had been done and what was required to maintain the units. Also kept our home neat with drop cloths, and cleaned up before they left. Would easily recommend Spring Home's work. Thank you Cy, Ari, Bruce, and the office team for your hard work and dedication. An A+ team all around. A very positive experience.

    Lennox Furnace / Hot Water Tank / Humidifier / Gas Lines

    I contacted this company based on its Homestars ratings and some reviews on an another consumer site. From initial sales to installation through to follow up this company is totally professional. I found they did an excellent install, alerted me to energy rebates that I was unaware of in my region and completed things in an efficient and clean manner. I have recommended this company to my family and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. A+

    in-wall air conditioner

    Si was responsive and quick to attend to our needs (broken air conditioner). The installers came in quickly and completed the work in a very professional manner. They even accommodated for our Saturday request because of our heavy travel schedule.

    AC installation

    Sam explained all the details and ensured that I understood where and when the installation will take place. Then Randy and his team showed up and installed the unit very professionally and tidied up after the installation. Would definitely recommend them. Ethan. Brampton, ON

    Furnace Maintenance

    My husband and I were very pleased with the service from Spring Home. I called and got quotes from several places and they were very price competitive. There were no hidden fees for service and had excellent follow up. We have received a few emails with very informative information about our heating systems and how to monitor humidity in our house etc. This is above and beyond any service I have received in the past. I would most definitely recommend them and I am about to call them up again to come and service our AC.

    Annual maintenance

    We had Spring Home come to an annual maintenance on our very old furnace. They had extremely good customer service from our initial phone call up to the technician who arrived. They were clear and honest about their pricing and what it would include. The technician even helped us fit a new filter and gave us advice on our ducts informing us about the mold buildup due to the previous owners not having the ducts cleaned regularly. What I appreciated was the good service without any pressure on us to purchase a new furnace as it is 20 years old but still good. We would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their heating and cooling system. Thank you.

    New Furnace & AC

    We met with Cy who was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a very competitive price on our new top-of-the-line Lennox furnace, AC and digital thermostat. Installation was punctual, done quickly, with no mess. They even worked around our landscaping schedule to install the AC at the most convenient time. Client communication from both Cy and install crew was perfect. Cy also handled all paperwork for Ontario Power Authority rebates and incentives.

    Installed new Lennox furnace

    Thanks to Spring Home Heating & Cooling Inc we averted a problem with our furnace at home. The old furnace quit three days before we were to go on vacation after receiving a few competitive quotes we went with Spring Home and we have no regrets. The sales person who visited our home explained all the options clearly and repeated things until my wife and I understood exactly what was being offered. The new furnace was installed on time, the installers were excellent at their job and cleaned up everything before leaving. We have no problem recommending this company to our friends and family.
