    New Air Conditioning, Furnace and hot water system

    George and his team installed a new air conditioning, heating and hot water system in our 80 year old home, Work was done efficiently, workmanship was well done and the installers kept their work area clean. Gearge was alsways available.

    Heating and Cooling

    I met with Cy who gave an honest opinion, made recommendations and got me in touch with the engineer George who provided a solution. I do not have a basement and converted from baseboard heating to an energy efficient furnace in my garage and a new air conditioner. They did an excellent job and also installed a heat pump Mitsubishi ductless unit for my walk out. They are professionals, honest and have a respectful crew that works hard to get the job done. I would highly recommend Spring Home and in the future will use their service again.

    A/C install

    We needed to replace our A/C unit and Spring Home did a great job. The pricing was more than competitive and the service was great. Installation was done well, quickly and cleanly. They were very conscious about how everything was being assembled and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. Definitely recommended.

    AC

    We have Spring Heating and Cooling Systems Inc. installed our AC when the temperature suddenly arise in early May. We found this company from this site and called. Their staff is very helpful on helping us choose right model of the system that suitable for our home size and needs. The price is also affordable. The technician who install the system are very knowledgeable and gave us the instructions patiently on how to maintain the system, things need to be done etc as we know nothing about the system. They also were very careful when going in and out of the house during the installation not making messes. Overall, we're very happy about our new AC, it is very quiet and working well. A big thank you to everyone in the team.

    Furnace and AC

    I had the recently had Spring Home Heating & Cooling System install a furnace and AC to my home. They were proficient and very professional. They were upfront with the expectations, and met all of them. In some cases, they exceed my expectations. The job as clean, and I was able to notice the differences from the previous job (from the previous contractor/home builder). Here are a few words to summarize my experience with Spring Home: - Quality - On time - Fair price - Professional - Clean I would recommend this company to my friends/family.

    Air Condition System

    After scrutinizing few quotes for my A/C installation I settled with Spring Home. The Sales Manager was very knowledgeable as he explained in detail what his company and the work they perform is all about. The installers came at the right time (prompt) and they were very professional in how they went about doing their job. The price is comparable to others and after the work was done the clean up was fantastic. I received a follow up call the next day asking how satisfied I am with the completion of the job. I would rate this company a five (5) star. Thank you CY Owen

    new gas furnace

    I wanted to replace my furnace. So i looked for a good company on homestars. I found a lot of people had good things to say about springhome. I decided to hire them. On the installation day. Randy and Patrick arrived at my home. i was happy with who springhome had sent since i had read good things. Randy was very knowledgeable and professional, he explained everything to me and asked permission before he did anyting. He even took the time to tell me that it would be better if i changed my filters more often and to get annual maintenance since i have a wood workshop in basement. When the installation was done, Randy walked me through exactly what was done and answered all my questions. The installation was perfect. But what impressed me was the care and dedication they showed. They left my house exactly how they found it when they arrived. I joked with Randy about how quiet the furnace was and if he was sure it was working or if it would only work till they left. Immediately he responded that they do a systems check to make sure everything is fine before they even think about approaching a customer to say job is done. Also if there was a problem to call the office and someone would be there ASAP. WOW!! BUEN TRABAJO!!!(good job) SPRINGHOME truly a bunch of heating&cooling professonals.

    heating and air conditioning

    We called Spring Home after they were recommended to us by our daughter. Cy Goh's information was detailed and accurate. Workers Wilson, Tiger and Peter were terrific. Polite, efficient and tidy. They worked until 10:30 that evening to finish the job. We had new Lennox furnace, A/C, humidifier, PureAir unit and thermostat installed. We would highly recommend them to you for installation. So far, no problems, as work just done on April 4th/13, but I'm sure their service calls in the future, will provide the same high standards. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

    Service to fix my furnace

    Red Tag removal and service

    I received a "red tag" and with the date quickly approaching contacted about 3 firms to look after the release. Spring Home was the first and only to respond scheduling this as quickly as they could. The technician was fast and courteous and I have no issue recomending Spring, in fact the best recomendation is "would I use them again", positively.
