    Air Conditioner installation

    We just moved in to a brand new house and needed to put in a Lennox AC. I have contacted Spring Home after reading reviews on Home Stars and I am happy I did. The service is simply outstanding. Cy explained everything to detail making it easy for us to make the right purchase. He did not try to cross sell anything, nor did he try to push for a higher end model. I was impressed with the crew that came to do the install. They showed up on time, were courteous, and left no mess. The office called to follow up a few days later. Excellent service, I will definitely use them again in the future.

    Move A/C Unit

    We needed to move our A/C unit about 20 feet to reduce noise levels on our patio.Cy and his team disconnected the unit, ran the extra line, built a new and far superior base for the new location, and refilled the system with required increased volume of refrigerant. Cleanly and promptly done, and for hundreds less than the next best quote. Great job!

    Furnace Maintenance

    Spring Home was amazing and very professional to deal with. Booking the call was very easy and the technician who came was extremely friendly and showed me exactly what needed to be done to ensure perfect operation of the furnace. Wouldn't hesitate to call again!

    Furnace not working properly.

    Our furnace was working intermittently. Looked up the problem, but didn't know how to fix it. Phoned Spring the night before, they had a technician waiting at my door before I got up in the morning. It was a simple fix. Kevin was professional and even gave me some helpful advice with another issue. I'll definitely keep Spring in mind if I have any other heating or cooling issues.

    No heat - boiler needed a new part

    I came home from work the day before to find that there was no heat (of course, it was -15 after having been mild out for a week). I tried re-starting the boiler (it was newly installed 9 years ago). Nothing. I got my handyman to look at it. Still nothing. I looked on Homestars and found Sping Home Heating and cooling. They were prompt, professional and helpful. The woman who answered the phone, took my info and gave me a 4 hour window and told me my technician's name. He showed up within that time frame, apologized for being late (he wasn't), took off his shoes, diagnosed the problem immediately. Told me the price, installed it and was out the door, heat working within 45 minutes. He was so polite, helpful and professional. He even asked my permission before he used the washroom. Very thoughtful. I'm impressed about the entire experience. I'd recommend these guys to anyone!

    New Furnace Installation

    I met George Li from Spring Home Heating & Cooling in early January 2013 when my old boiler was on it's last legs. Immediately I was impressed by his thoroughness in explaining how Spring Home worked and his respect and ability to listen to what my needs were. On January 24th, which was one of the coldest days of this winter, Spring Home installed a new boiler in my home. The team of technicians which George sent out were on time and on schedule. They were very clean and precise with the installation. They also brought plenty of space heaters to keep my home warm during the work. A couple of days after the install I was putting items back into my furnace room, which I had removed for the installers and I accidentally turned off the main power switch to the furnace. Later that night when I got home the house was quite cold. Before I realized what I had done, I called George. Within 10 minutes of my call he had dispatch a service rep. To me quality is very important, second is customer service. I am so glad that I chose Spring Home Heating & Cooling. If you want to do things right, do it right the 1st time.

    Excellent Customer Service

    I replaced my furnace and air conditioner through Spring Home in early summer 2012, and I was deeply impressed by their exceptional customer service and continuous follow-up's. First, got a decent quote from George Li at Spring Home and he quickly scheduled us in for installation. Installation was done in a professional way with George on-site coordinating with us and his staff to make sure installation was carried out in accordance to our particular needs and expectations. Everything went well and we were very happy with their work. Few days later we had a glitch with the outdoor unit. The outdoor fan stopped working so the A/C just couldn't make any cold air. Called George right away and got a very quick response. The following day he brought his team over and everyone stayed and worked very late at night to diagnose and fix the issue. Since then my A/C was running very well all summer. Furnance is also working fine in this cold winter too. And I wanted to mention Spring Home keeps sending me e-mail reminders to always keep me posted on user tips. I'd strongly recommend Spring Home to anyone who is considering replacing the furnance or A/C. They are the best service provider in town. Many thanks to Goerge Li and others at Spring Home for the excellent service and the reliable products!

    Boiler repair / parts

    It was the weekend before Christmas, and my boiler stop working. I had a company who came over ,they weren't only expensive but had no professionalism, and they a sure me that the job couldn't get done before christmas, witch was very disappointed . I decided to look for another company, and I found Spring Home heating, and was very pleased with their service, and professionalism they knew what the problem was right away,and their prices were amazing ,I will definitely recommend them.     Tankless Water Heater Service & Repair

    Spring Home Heating & Cooling were referred to me by my good friend Paul at The Duct Cleaning Specialists. The original "fly-by-night" installers failed to install service valves. Basement renovator forgot to take into account proper venting when closing off the furnace/tankless water heater area, and the list goes on... Spring Home swooped in, and like magic, quoted, fixed all the issues at a very reasonable cost and followed up, all done within a very short time. Suffice to say, I am extremely happy with the level of service and care they provided. I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends in a pinch!

    Furnace problems with heat turning off prematurely

    My carrier furnace kept turning off prematurely and I had 2 other heating companies charging $800 to fix the symptoms however, they did not diagnose the real cause properly. But Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems's serviceman did it in an 1.5 hours and they made cost effective recommendations. The furnace works great now. I will definitely use their service again.
