Furnace repair
My furnace stopped working yesterday before the onset of a huge winter storm. I tried calling many heating companies and I either received no response to my voicemails or was told they couldn't come out in the storm. I swear by homestars so decided to check the site and found Spring Home. When I called, Sheryl was not only empathetic but also thorough in ensuring I got the earliest appointment and provided me with details on the technician, estimated time of arrival and even called me before to confirm the appointment. Kevin (technician) was the consummate professional. He was educated on the issue, courteous and efficient - all qualities I hold in high regard as a consumer. He fixed my furnace, provided a detailed invoice for my records and even gave me a synopsis on next steps in maintenance. The weather was brutal and driving conditions were worse but Kevin came out from Markham to Pickering regardless. Just when I thought the service could not be topped, Sheryl called me to follow up on the service experience and to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I have very high standards when it comes to service and do not rate the experience highly very often because most times it's not or at the most mediocre. New furnace
I have great experience with Spring Home. I was looking for a new furnace and received a few quotes from a few reputed companies. After a meeting with George, I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism and very satisfied with the quote and finally decided to choose to get a new Lennox furnace from Spring Home. The installation was scheduled in a week. The technicians came on time and did a very good job. They also followed up a few times to make sure the furnace is working well as advertised. Great job, thanks!

New furnace, A/C and humidifier
My experience with Spring Home was nothing less than a 10. I had received a few other quotes and decided to go with Spring Home after meeting with Cy. Cy made logical recommendations and was able to answer all of my questions. The technicians showed up on time and were great to work with. Randy, Tiger and Peter worked together like a well oiled machine and were finished before I knew it. Thanks guys! Great job.

furnace and air conditioner
Called Cy who came and provided me a quote immediately. It was the american standard furnace and air conditioner. he explained all the rebates I would receive and the after price. They came and removed my old furnace and air conditioner and cleaned up rapidly. They also helped me to install a gas line to backyard bbq.

Yearly maintenance
It was a simple yearly maintenance, but I was very pleased with the service. They were on time, explained what they were doing. I thought I needed a new flame sensor, but they explained why that was not required, and what tests they ran to confirm that. I was also really impressed when I booked the service. I phoned the number listed in Homestars, but it went through to someone in the field (owner or technician, I wasn't sure). I found the right number later, but I was impressed when the person in the field took the time to call me back and make sure I got through to the right people. Very courteous.

Heating repair
George is great! I agree with all the other reviewers, he sent a service technician out on one of the coldest nights to repair a faulty furnance. I am so happy to have found this company: trustworthy, reliable, and efficient. Fast service and great quality.

replacing my AC
I obtained several quotes and was about to make my decision. Spring home heating/cooling was my final call for quotes. I am glad I made this call. At last I found what i was looking for. 1)professionalism 2)honesty 3) competitive pricing 4) workmanship Cy,Tiger and Randy showed their true color by delivering what they promised. Cy,was a true professional,with integrity,honesty and vast knowledge of the product. there was no pressure sales or unnecessary up sell. I had faith in him from the beginning. tiger and randy ,their workmanship was unquestionable, they were courteous,place was kept tidy and delivered timely. Furnace Repair
Our furnace stopped producing heat on a cold Sunday night! Called three companies, this was the cheapest for a diagnosis. They were prompt with scheduling, and were able to come in earlier than expected to fix the problem. I had Kevin and Randy come in to do the repair, and they were both very courteous and did the job quick! Thanks!

Multi-split heat pump/air conditioner
Spring Home installed a ductless, Mitsubishi heat pump/AC system in our semi, and our home comfort has improved dramatically. We were very happy with Spring Home’s work. Their sales advice was helpful, not pushy. Their installation crew was clean and professional. Their follow-up has been diligent. Overall, we highly recommend this company. As for the Mitsubishi system, it is performing very well. Our home is a 1500 square foot, open-concept Victorian, previously heated with electric baseboard and a wood stove. Heat distribution throughout the house is now much better, and the temperature is very consistent. Humidity levels are more comfortable, and our electrical use is down significantly. Amazing technology.

Furnace & AC
We planned to replace our furnace and AC unit for a while, and it was not easy to find the right company. Fortunately, we found spring home from the homestars website with the high rating. We called. George , from spring home, answered the phone in a very professional manner. So we knew right away it would be the company we can trust. On the installation date, the team came on time and did a great job! I want to say thanks to Tiger and Peter again. They are very knowledgeable, responsible and patient. They answered all my questions patiently (normally, I have a lot of questions), explained all important things I need to know, and cleaned up the worksite very carefully. I will definitely refer spring home to all my friends if they need to replace their furnaces and AC units.
