    Central Air Conditioner

    We found Spring Home on Homestars after previous successful search outcomes for other home services. Cy Goh came to our home to discuss air conditioning options the same day we called, and provided the estimate soon after. Cy is friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. The new unit was installed by competent technicians on our schedule, with follow-up phone/email contact by Cy. While we don't expect any issues, the warranty provided is reassuring. We would recommend Spring Home without hesitation.

    AC Replacement

    Very satisfied. Professional from beginning to end. Prices were comparable to other quotes. Liked labour warranty. Convenient office location from our home. Would recommend to friends and family - that says it all.

    Air Conditioner

    Cy and team were awesome! He was pleasant to deal with before the day the service was provided, and, after installation had been completed, he called to ensure that I was satisified with the installation. He also sent someone a month post installation to ensure that the AC was optimized. DEFINITELY worth your money!

    AC Installation

    I decided on going with Spring Home for my AC Installation because of my previous experience I had with them a year ago when they installed my furnace humidifier. Cy was great to deal with, and was able to recommend the right size AC for my home, and the pricing was competitive. The other reviews on Homestars of Spring Home are accurate. Cy was very friendly, and got back to me quickly whenever I had inquiries. On the day of the installation, the technicians arrived at the time they were scheduled to, and I'm no expert, but the workmanship looks great, and the AC unit is working perfectly. I can finally rest easy during the upcoming hot summer days, instead of using an oscillating fan!

    A/C

    The service was provided back in March.. The unit works great and the installation was clean and professional. Cy spent a lot of time on the phone and in person and explained everything and more.. thank you Cy..

    Install new AC & Air cleaner

    After reading all the good reviews of Spring Home, I decided to give them a try. My call was answered right away, and Cy came over on the same day even though it's getting late. He spent a long time describing the various systems and then provided me with an honest recommendation and a competitive quote. My house didn't have an AC so I needed it installed before the summer heat. I have small children so I also purchased the Air Cleaner. Cy scheduled our installation on the same week. The technicians arrived in the morning and worked till 6pm. They work hard and very polite, did not mind explaining the maintenance procedures twice. The new AC & air cleaner have been great. I'll call them again for a furnace tuneup in the fall. I would definitely recommend them to my friends & family.

    Replaced old AC with a 3 ton American Standard AC

    Called Spring Home on Thursday to gave me an estimate, the price was competitive. I told Cy if he can install the AC asap, he got the deal. He told me they can install the AC on the coming Saturday. Two techs came on Saturday, the tech told me my existing duct work was too small for the new A coil, he had to rip out the existing duct work and fabricate the new box for the A coil, no problem. They did a great job. The new AC was just in time for the heatwave we had for the last few days. It worked great, downstairs was 21C upstairs was 23C, we like it cool. Very happy with the work done.

    HEPA Air Cleaners/filters - 2 of them for a zone system

    Spring Home Heating and Cooling Systems Inc. was a first class organization to deal with every step of the way. The problem was correctly analyzed, a few options provided, and then the HEPA solution for our zone based HVAC system was selected and installed. Spring Home did an excellent job. Service technician showed up when promised, was very neat and tidy and was careful to lay sheets down to prevent dirtying any floors. When the job was completed, the technician cleaned the work area immaculately...excellent job. When complete, I was given a comprehensive demonstration of how to clean and maintain the new equipment. GREAT WORK - NO hesitation whatsoever in recommending Spring Home Heating and Cooling Systems Inc. Well done!

    New A/C unit

    Spring Home came very highly recommended to us by some folks we trust and we met with Cy Goh to discuss our choices for a new A/C unit for our mid-century modern home. We'd had several other quotes but Cy was so knowledgeable, informative that we knew immediately this was the company for us. The job went very smoothly. The A/C unit is dead silent and works splendidly, and Spring Home goes the next step in customer service by following up to see that all is well, you are satisfied and they come and inspect it after a time period. My sister and I highly recommend Spring Home to anyone looking for HVAC, we're extremely happy and look forward to a long relationship with Spring Home!

    Duct work installation

    We are a general contracting company in the GTA and a Homestars company with a excellent rating (Oborne Contracting Inc.) and found Spring Home Heating and Cooling on Homestars when we were looking for a new realiable HVAC trade. Cy came in gave us an estimate for the work, he was very professional and his price was fair. After talking to Cy and George regarding the project, we decided that this was the right company to represent Oborne Contracting on site. We are will use them again future work.
