I had several companies quote a job to replace 60 year old pipes that were corroded and cracked. Borys came to my home and gave me an honest quote. I did not feel taken advantage of. He was able to schedule a return date to complete the job that was convenient for me. He and his co worker, Val worked very hard and were very effecient, and I felt confident in their ability. They were very reassuring. I was pleased with their work and how clean they left my bathroom after they finished the job. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Borys and Val!!

Santina was nice person who responded from DrainCom. She had set up appointment with professional Valentyn. He was very courteous, friendly. He got right to work and when he finished cleaned his work area. Overall we were glad they responded and will use them again . Valentyn did a fantastic job and was thourghal. As for pricing it was very reasonable considering all the work Valentyn did to ensure everything was done right and working. Thanks

This was my first experience with your company. I was very impressed and satisfied with the services provided. The bathtub drain was clogged and had to be cleared. A thorough work was done, and cleaned up well afterwards. I am quite pleased and would go with them again!

Valentine was great. Quoted the price to fix my toilet and it was spot on. He let me watch as he did the work. Val actually arrived early which is always great. I would use Drain Com again, as they very knowledgable and do very professional work.

Called about drain issues with our kitchen sink. Making an appointment was quick and easy. The technician (Borys) actually came a day early and worked well into the evening to clear the clog and get the drain working again. Borys was professional and explained what he was doing along the way. It took a while, but he managed to clear whatever the blockage was. He took care, and cleaned everything before he left. I appreciated his professionalism and persistence. I would definitely recommend DrainCom.

I was in the middle of a small basement reno, and was going to cap off a couple of unused taps. I've only owned the house for 4 months, and am still learning all of it's quirks. So I went to shut off the main water valve and water spewed everywhere. (Glad I noticed it before I REALLY needed it.) Anyway, I turned to Homestars and found Draincom. Called then, on Canada Day, and the dispatch picked up. She was energetic and knowledgeable. Will, the plumber arrived at my door a little later than scheduled, but he had called me before he was late to let me know he was running behind and gave me an ETA. I thought this was very courteous. He took his time to explain to me what was going on with valve, what he would do to replace it, and explained/showed me how the new valve was of superior design. He walked me through some of the plumbing of my house, and I learned a lot. He even took a look at the soldering job I did earlier that day on my project, which, as I newbie, I greatly appreciated. All I can say is that I was SUPER impressed with my first Draincom experience from my call to my payment. It seems like it must be a good place to work, judging by the positive vibes coming from everyone I dealt with. I would recommend draincom to anyone, and will certainly call them again when needed.

We had water damage in our basement. Steve Green was fast to reply and came to my house the very next day. I'm very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and kindness. He truly went above and beyond for us. Thank you.

This is the third time I have used DrainCom and I will continue to use them. My toilet was leaking and I called them this morning. I was given an appointment with Valentyn for that afternoon. He called to see if he could come earlier and he showed up when he said he would. There was no charge for him coming. I was impressed that there is no service charge until he sees the problem. He looked at the toilet and said he would take it apart. After taking it apart he pointed out the problem and quoted me a reasonable amount to fix it. He also let me know the status of the toilet itself. Within 20 minutes my toilet was reinstalled and repaired. He left the bathroom clean and tidy. He also looked at my backwater valve in the basement for no charge. They had installed that valve several years ago. I find DrainCom to be reasonable, reliable and trustworthy. They do the work that is required and do not sell you on things you don't need. I will continue to use them and refer them to others.
