Drain Com company provided fast service. Valentyn was on time, very professional, explained what he was going to do and he quoted a fair price. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING! Although there was an issue with previous installation of my garbage disposal, Val was prompt to come back out and quickly remedy the problem. I am going to use Drain Com again in the future for additional work and I would highly recommend them

He did not charge me a dime for his extra work and his suggestions about maintaining my plumbing.  I would absolutely recommend Drain Com!

I had an issue with the performance of one the company's employees. I spoke with Santina who spoke to Valentin , the owner. The company stands behind their brand, and resolved the issue to my satisfaction I realize that one person does not represent the entire company I will use the company again, as they demonstrated that they want to make their customers happy

Valentin was great. He came in and accessed the problem right away. He didn't try and give me some service that I didn't need. He told me what and where he thought the problem was and got to it. I would definitely recommend Drain Com Plumbing to any of my friends and family and would use their services again. Thanks Val!!!

We live in an older semi-detached house in east Toronto and we noticed the toilet in our basement washroom wasn’t flushing well and when trying to troubleshoot the problem, we noticed that water had been coming up through the floor drain in the utility room. We called three different plumbers (all well reviewed on HomeStars) and left messages (which were never returned) before finally calling DrainCom. They actually answered the phone and we were able to schedule a plumber visit for first thing the next morning. Mike D. Showed up right on time and after trying the plunger and the snake to no avail, decided to pull the toilet and do a video camera inspection. The camera showed that the sewer line outside was broken and clogged by tree roots. Mike was able to clear enough of the clogs with the power snake to get the water moving, but advised us that we’d need to excavate and replace the pipe to the city line. After we agreed to the excavation work, DrainCom was able to get all the required locates from the city in a day and Mike and his crew showed up bright and early the next morning (a Saturday). They managed to dig down over 9 feet to the pipe via a pretty narrow flowerbed without disturbing our brick walkway or the neighbours concrete walkway – didn’t think it would be possible, but they did it! They pulled a bunch of roots, replaced the pipe and had the trench refilled by mid-afternoon. When they were finished you could barely tell that anything had been done – they were that neat. They even managed to save and replace the three plants that were in the bed. We still have to have the city do some work on their side of the line, but our drains have been working fine so far. Overall this was one of the best experiences we’ve had using any contractor or tradesperson since we’ve been homeowners. Mike was very professional, thorough and always told us exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. The entire crew was incredibly neat and respectful of our (and our neighbours) property. We will definitely be calling DrainCom for any plumbing issues in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Valentyn came to repair a kitchen sink. He fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. He was neat and efficient. I was more than satisfied with the service. He was HONEST, reasonable, friendly, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend his service to anyone. In fact, I have already started spreading the word to my family and neighbors.

I had to coordinate with the city as well as Draincom to turn off the water and replace the main water shut off valve into a rental property. Much thanks to Santina from Draincom in helping me schedule this, as I had to go back and forth with the city many times because the city kept changing the timeframes. She helped keep everything straight. It would have been fairly easy to bungle in a miscommunication. Once the scheduled date arrived, Will from Draincom called at 7:45am to tell me he was on his way. Usually when I get this call, it is because the contractor will be late. Not Will. He arrived promptly at the scheduled 8am time, which was great since the city said they wouldn't wait for the plumber if he wasn't on time. Will completed the replacement of the valve, waited for the city to come back to turn on the water, and insured there was no leaking. He was extremely polite and courteous, and more than willing to answer any questions I had. As far as payment, the bill was exactly what was quoted. No hidden upcharges or fees. Not even for waiting for the city to come back to turn on the water, which was a 2 hour window. I would highly recommend Draincom. From first call at reception through to job completion, they were very professional, but perhaps most importantly, they actually seem to care. That quality rarely exists these days.

I can't recommend this company enough! They are great! My basement flooded after last month's crazy rainfall. I called draincom to install a sump pump. Andrew came and assessed the situation the following day! Within a few days draincom was there installing the pump and weeping tile! i was very impressed. After the install, Andrew followed up to ensure I was happy with the service, that very day I noticed some additional leakage. Andrew called in the crew to address it immediatlely and addressed the problem! I'm very happy with Andrew and draincom. I definitely recommend them! they strive to please!

We were left without water due to renovations and DrainCom was the only company that was willing to come quickly. Yuriy, the licensed plumber came on time and provided the price before the work started. He did a fantastic job on two bathrooms and left everything spotless. Wonderful job - would highly recommend him! We will be calling him again for all our plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Drain Com. Both the receptionists (Corey and Santina) were very pleasant to deal with. They were able to set up an appointment right away with a plumber. Will (the plumber) arrived within the scheduled time. He addressed all my concerns. He was able to fix the leak in the copper pipe which was located in a crawl space. He was patient when answering all my questions and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I will use Drain Com in the future and gladly have Will deal with all my plumbing needs.
