    Full basement waterproofing and concrete floor

    Mid renovation we uncovered serious water issues in our basement that were the result of a previous diy job. The foundation walls were leaking and moldy, existing concrete flooring was too thin and there was not proper drainage under the floor so pipes were backing up into our basement. We called Draincom on a reference and Toni was there that day, discussed the options and provided us a detailed quote in the spot. They started work a few days later and delivered on every commitment they made. Two weeks later, we had a brand new concrete floor with new pipes, sump pump, drainage and waterproofed walls. They knew budget was a concern and went to great lengths to minimize the work that would be required to put the basement back together. They were always available including a 11pm trip to check on their work during a rainfall. They were courteous and professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

    plumbing changing bathroom faucet

    Alex is the BEST!!!! I've used draincom on three separate occasions and I always ask for Alex because he does the work and will do whatever it takes to make you a happy customer! one of a kind!

    Fast, friendly, good price

    We had a leak in our cast iron sewer stack. Other companies quoted us 3x the Draincom quote as they insisted we had to replace the whole stack. Draincom suggested a patch job that was within our budget and guaranteed not to leak for a year. They also completed the work just two days after the initial call, and with total professionalism, friendliness, and sentitivity to the fact that we are new home owners and not familiar with plumbing, nor sitting on a ton of money right now. I felt like I could trust Yuriy not to take advantage of us, and to give us good advice on the most prudent plan. They very neatly cut the drywall and didn't damage our floors. Highly recommended!

    Great service and excellent customer service

    Reach out to Draincom for help as my garden faucet seems to have some leakage issues. The customer service is responsive and sets up the appointment in a timely manner. The Technician Alex shows up on time and is really polite. He gets things figured out and resolved in a second. And it is free of charge. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing service. Best experience with contractors so far.

    Plugged Drain

    My kitchen drains were flowing into the basement laundry tubs very slowly and lots of muck was brought up thru the laundry drains. Alex came and knew immediately where the blockage was. How????He snaked and bingo! my drains flowed upstairs and downstairs. Very polite and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

    Persistent leaking faucet + new stop valve

    Alex was pleasant, experienced and informative. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and resolve it. He also replaced an aging stop valve in the utility room that would have been a problem for future repairs.

    Replacement of sewer line

    I can't say enough good things about DrainCom. It was definitely not good news to find out that the sewer line in our 130-year-old house had to be replaced because it was partially collapsed. But Toni patiently explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions. He was great at keeping in touch with me as the work progressed. He had a crew start work immediately on the weekend and they were always there when they said they would be. Toni did all he could to minimize the cost of the discovery that our property extended beyond the fence line at the back (the city sewer line runs down a rear alley) and what seemed like the connection with the city service towards the rear of our property actually was not. I went with the strong reviews on Homestars to find DrainCom and I'm so glad I did. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    Unclog the sink

    Alex came soon after he called me in the morning. Helping me to unclog the sink jemed by the watermelon sinks. Alex's service is the best, he cleaned the cabinet after his tasks and tested to make sure everything is good before he left

    Kitchen Faucet Replacement

    Yuriy was replacing the faucet when he realized that the cold water line could not be connected since the piping was a little shorter. He explained the right way (with warranty) and also the shortcut for making the faucet work. We choose the more expensive right way and he completed the work within 2 hrs which included welding and extending the piping.

    Excellent Service: fixed previous contractor's mess

    We had a very pleasant Ukranian plumber complete a difficult job effectively and efficiently. Our last contractor did a bathroom installation that was full of problems, including multiple leaks from the bathtub into the bedroom below it. We decided to get a second opinion from a professional plumbing company to see if they could fix it. I'm glad we called DrainCom, our plumber was able to diagnose the problem quickly, despite a big mess of awkward plumbing and sprayfoam left by the previous contractor, and he was able to make multiple corrections to fix the problem. These included proper sealing of the drain, installing a new overflow drain, putting in an access panel that should have been there to begin with, and sealing everything appropriately. It was a great job, and I would only visit DrainCom from now on for any issues I have related to plumbing.
