    Plumbing

    Draincom was very accommodating in booking an appointment that worked for my family. The plumber that came to help was friendly, curtious and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem and clearly articulate the solution. He was then easily able to fix an ongoing issue that we had been experiencing. We only wish we had called Draincom sooner! Thank you - we will highly recommend you to anyone that asks without hesitation!

    Proffesional, quick, knowledgeble

    I called draincom because I draining issue in my bathroom, technician named Valentyn Borysevych came without any delays quickly and efficiently fixed it, very friendly and nice, pleasant experience, would recommend it, thumbs up!

    Great service by Valentyn Borysevych

    I am so lucky that i found this company. Plumber that came(Valentyn B) was very polite, hardworking and honest. He did job very fast and professional. He left work place clean and neat I would definitely recommend him and Drain Com to my friends and family. Thank you

    5 stars!!!!!!! The best service in the GTA. They showed up on time, they were friendly, pleasant and HONEST. When they were done, they cleaned up and left the basement cleaner than before. The quality of work was EXCELLENT!!! Thank you guys.

    Honest and upfront assessment

    Toni arrived on site and gave an honest assessment of my basement. Turned out that I needed some structural work done. He was to the point and very professional. Ended up referring me to his structural engineer. Very helpful even though I had not paid for his service.

    Amazing service

    I hired Drain Com in July 2016 for some waterproofing needs. After getting 3 quotes, they were the only company who were able to offer exactly what I wanted, and all the quotes were consistent. They were able to come the following week to install interior weeping tile, moisture membrane, basement drain, sump pump, outdoor drain and backwater valve. They did everything they said they would do at the original quoted cost, and in about 3 days. They were very nice, professional and worked cleanly and tirelessly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any and all waterproofing needs in the future. They also helped my get about $3000 back in government rebates. Out of all the contractors I have hired, Drain Com was amongst the best I've ever worked with.

    Kitchen sink plumbing

    Val Voitka did an excellent job installing plumbing for a new sink. He even came back a week later to fix one of the taps that was quite stiff to turn. He was courteous and professional. I would definitely use him, and DrainCom again (DrainCom did some waterproofing for us in the spring. Slava did an excellent job then as well).

    Clogged toilet

    Draincom was the only company that picked up the phone when I called even though the other two companies I phoned were highly rated on Homestars. Santina was friendly and sympathetic to my problem while scheduling my appointment. On the day of my appointment, Valentin was punctual and courteous. Upon entering my home, he took off his shoes even though I didn't ask him to and I kept mine on. He got to work straight away and didn't appear offended when I flushed my toilet repeatedly to ensure that it would still work after he left. In addition, he patiently answered other unrelated plumbing questions about installing a bathtub and a slow draining kitchen sink. Valentin was very knowledgeable and professional. I'm impressed by the service provided by Draincom and I would definitely use them again.

    Great friendly professional serrvice

    The drain pipe leading from my kitchen sink to the main stack was solidly blocked. The job was difficult, but Alex would not give up. He removed the old P-trap and installed a new double sink plumbing, tested it and left the site very clean. Alex Kostyrkin is friendly and extremely professional.

    Drain cleaning

    I had a blocked drain with water coming up our drain in the kitchen. Borys came by and completed the job in less than 3 hours and did the job well. As I was not at the location he sent me pictures from the camera and provided lengthy explanation of the work completed. To date the issue has caused me no further problems and can say it was well done. Thanks
