    Leaking pipe fix

    I highly recommend Val from DrainCom for your residential plumbing needs. I had some pipe leaks and called in for the service. DrainCom was very fast in scheduling the visit and Val arrived on time. He was very professional and fixed the problem in a very efficient way. Val cleaned up after his work and left my house in an excellent condition. In general, the company is prompt, performs excellent work and charges fair prices.     Outside water pipe repair

    We contacted Draincom for a break in our water line leading to the outside water access. The pipe outside was damaged and the pipe in the basement near the water shut-off was cracked. Alex Kostyrkin was very punctual and professional. He worked very fast, and made sure to inform me of all steps he was taking. Once complete, he took the time to explain how we could prevent the problem in the future. He also cleaned any dust from cutting the dry wall, which was a minimal cut, even though it was hard to access the damage ... he made it happen ! Thank you Alex . Water is working with no leak.

    Waterproofing

    Full exterior waterproofing done around exterior of foundation including new weeping tile. This was an extensive job digging around a bungalow due to the linear footage. The crew was fantastic and very hard working, especially under the conditions of very hot weather. There were a few surprises along the way, but that was expected with such an old house (1960's). The owner stopped by to inspect the work, scope the pipes and provided a few reasonable solutions to resolve, which I was happy with. Overall, I would recommend this company if you are looking to waterproof your basement.

    Kitchen Plumbing Work

    Not challenging work but done on the spot (we had only arranged an estimate) and under the price quoted over the phone. Borys was efficient, clear and professional. Work was installation of a replacement garbage disposal and a replacement kitchen faucet.

    Kitchen Sink Clog

    Our kitchen sink was giving us trouble for quite some time. I was looking for reliable, honest and knowledgeable plumber and I found Draincom through referral and homestars. My experience from calling the call center to booking the visit to the execution has been very pleasant. Valentyn (Val) came and he gave a patient hearing for my on-going issues. Thereafter he explained the work involved and spent many hours in unclogging the kitchen sink (the problem was in the basement 4 inch pipe). I am quite thrilled with the results so far and Val's professionalism, sense of humor and work ethics are excellent. I will definitely use Draincom services in the future and will refer them to my contacts.

    Clooged drains in washrooms

    Washroom drainage problems. Valentyn from DrainCom came and resolved all issues and provided additional advice. Very professional, very neat with work in home, answered all questions. Price was fair. Would call again and recommend to others.

    Sump Pump Issues

    We had an issue with our sump pump in the basement whenever I took a shower. Boris is the best. Nice, figures it out, gets the job done! This is my second time using them.

    Install new kitchen sink faucet with shut off valves.

    Borys answer all my questions. Explain what's needed to be done. He install new kitchen sink faucet with shut off valves. Did my mother's bathroom sink pop up and drain line. He did an excellent job. This company give senior discount. Thank you Borys for doing such a good job.

    Drain repair

    Alex came to our home and repaired our powder room pop-up plug. He was honest and upfront on what had to be done. Job was completed in a very professional and friendly manner. I would strongly recommend not only the technician but the company from start to finish. Great job Alex and Corey!

    Installing kitchen sink and dishwasher

    Alex was very professional, friendly and polite. He installed our dishwasher and sink. He was very creative and problem solved around an issue with hooking up our 10" deep double sink. He made sure to test all installations before leaving. Everything works perfectly! We were extremely happy with the service.
