    clogged kitchen sink

    I contacted draincom,they were quick in responding.Val arrived on time,did his job very well.He was very professional and polite to explain what was wrong.I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them in the future.Thanks for having a good experience.Also their call center staff is quick and polite.

    Great job at a fair price

    I had Borys in from DrainCom to repair a burst pipe that lead from my basement to my garage. He was very professional and courteous and did a great job. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. Finding honest and reputable repair people is always difficult and I will definitely be calling DrainCom in the future. Thanks for an easy and pleasant experience.

    Waterproofing

    Prompt phone answer and very polite customer service. Initial visit was booked for the same day. The technician Tony is very knowledgeable and explains the entire process in details. Sergey's crew did excellent job in just 4 days, waterproofing 70 feet outside and 10 feet inside, and installing a sump pump. Yuriy, Andrei, and Kolia are young, hardworking guys, with a good sense of humor. Treat them well - they deserve it!

    Leaking Shower Faucet & Broken Popup Drain

    Les from Draincom called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled. Very friendly, explained all the options and took time to show me as he worked on fixing the problems. I used Draincom before and will not hesitate to call again in the future if I need more plumbing fixes. I did find that the cost was a bit on the high side but I was very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Les!

    Replace kitchen faucet

    I contacted the office, the appointment was set up without much waiting. Les and another gentleman were here. They were fast, efficient and polite. We will use their service again in the future.

    Installed laundry faucet, replaced fill value etc.

    I called DrainCom to inspect a leaking faucet, running toilets, drain stoppers and shower kit installation. I was able to schedule an appointment for 9am the following day. Valentyn showed up on time and was quick to identify the problems, source and install the parts and resolve the issues. I would use DrainCom again for my future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to others.

    Blocked Basement Drain

    I called DrainCom for a blocked drain after reading reviews on HomeStars. Alex arrived promptly and snaked the drain. He made sure to clean up the entire work area, which I appreciated. He also took the time to answer my questions regarding the sewer pipes outside the house. Finally, he made sure all the sinks and toilets were in working order prior to leaving since I had a concern about another drain. I would highly recommend Alex and DrainCom for prompt and courteous service.

    Pipe Replacement

    I called DrainCom after looking on HomeStars for a plumber and was very satisfied with the service. Their plumber came out and replaced my copper pipes fast and professionally. I plan on using them again in the near future to complete my project.

    Back Flow valve

    Excellent company. I received three quotes and they were the best in price and customer service. Slava Koval was great to deal with. He was smart, straight ahead, and sympathetic. He gave a written quote which the other two refused to do. I will be using DrainCom for all my plumbing work. And hopefully there will not be much of that.

    Newmarket basement washroom install and Clogged kitchen drain

    We have used Draincom 2 times. First, to redo the drain in the basement washroom in order to put a tiny bath tub in a tight space,including installation. Secondly, to fix a clogged kitchen drain pipe. Both times employees went beyond our expectation and got the job done on time, within estimate and so far without fixing it over again) Thank you Draincom.
