    Toilet and taps

    Valentyn is a fantastic plumber. He came early, cleaned up and the work is impeccable. A fair price too. The office person who answers and arranges the appointments is also fantastic. Polite and accommodating. I will definitely use DrainCom again.

    Install Washlet on a Toto Toilet

    Valentine came and installed a washlet (bidet seat) on a Toto toilet that another contractor refused to touch, saying the toilet needed to be removed. Valentine figured out a way to do it without removing the toilet and is very professional and pleasant to deal with. Will use their service again for sure. Thanks again.

    Flushometer replacement at busy health clinic

    Super quick service and repair at an extremely busy health clinic. Technician was at our centre within hours to repair a broken flushometer. Would highly recommend. Fair pricing. Excellent customer service from the first initial phone call to the technician.

    New kitchen plumbing, replaced galvanized pipes

    I had excellent experiences with Draincom on a past project, so when I bought a fixer upper they were my first call, even though I now live in Kitchener, somewhat outside of their regular area. Alex came out, gave me a very reasonable quote, and came back 2 days later with a helper (Sasha). They did a good and fast job of our new kitchen plumbing and replacing the galvanized supply lines to the upstairs washroom. They were halfway back to Toronto after finishing the job when I noticed that one of the older washroom drains was leaky (not their work, they hadn't touched the washroom drains). They turned around and drove back to fix the leak, free of charge, explaining that maybe the vibration from other work had shaken the old corroded drain loose. Overall, very positive experience with Draincom once again.

    toilet repair

    Valentyn showed up right on time, assessed the problem quickly and professionally and made the repair we needed. He completed the work in the amount of time promised and cost was exactly as quoted. He is efficient, knowledgable and polite. We are extremely satisfied with Draincom and will use them again and will be sure to ask for Valentyn as he provided excellent service.

    Kitchen Faucet Installed

    Valentyn installed a new kitchen faucet for me yesterday. He was prompt and efficient. I was told he would arrive between 10 and 11 and he was there right at 10 and had the new faucet installed in under an hour. Thank you Valentyn!

    Burst Garden Pipe

    Borys did a great job at a great price. Excellent service explaining what was wrong and quality work. Garden pipe in the garage had some water left in it in the winter and burst. Borys replaced the pipe with a new pex pipe and explained how it worked. Very happy with the work, will be using Draincom for my future plumbing!

    Leaky Pipe

    We were seeing water stains on our main floor ceiling, underneath our upstairs shower. We called DrainCom and they Borys came to come out the next day. He came out as scheduled and was both friendly and professional. He punched through the drywall behind the shower tap and immediately found the leak. He said we were lucky that we found it so easily. He showed us that, based on where the leak was, we were going to have to replace the shower fixture. (It only leaked when the water was turned on, fortunately). Borys told us to buy the replacement fixture and he would come back the next day to do the repair. We did and he came back and fixed things good as new. I was very happy with the price, based on the time and effort he spend to identify and repair the leak. It has been a few weeks now and we have no more issues. I just need to repair the drywall now. I will use DrainCom again for my next plumbing need.

    Drain Clogged

    My master bedroom ensuite bathroom sink was clogged and after many attempts to clear the blockage failed I called DrainCom. Before calling I attempted to clear the block using Drano as well as an drain auger but was unsuccessful. Alex from DrainCom arrived and had the block cleared in half and hour and my only regret is not calling him sooner. He arrived on time, used a drop sheet to keep the work area clean. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend DrainCom and a big thanks again to Alex. Cheers, Dave

    Leaky Faucet Replacement

    Alex from DrainCom was sent by DrainCom to fix my leaky kitchen faucet. I was very happy with the entire experience: Alex showed up right on time, was very polite and courteous, and was able to replace the faucet in not time with no mess left behind. One less thing for me to worry about!
