    replaced damaged pipes

    Tony, Pavel + crew were professional, honest & efficient. They explained everything they did in clear terms & did an excellent clean-up job. Would call them again for any plumbing issues without hesitation.

    Inspection of plumbing issue

    Alex came a little after the appointed time but expertly inspected the entire building to investigate issues with the water pressure. He was very thorough and generous with his time and likely identified the problem (pending City inspection for verification). I appreciated his enthusiasm for problem solving and the thoroughness and would be happy to employ his services again.

    Mystery Noise in Pipe in Basement Apartment

    I hired DrainCom to help me with a clicking sound in the pipes that our tenant was hearing first thing in the morning. It was happening at 5:30am everyday and our tenant couldn't sleep. He only heard it very early in the morning so the sound couldn't be replicated. Borys came over and listened to the video the tenant had taken and went into the wall in the area of the sound. He tried securing many of the pipes until he found the one that was the culprit. His knowledge and determination to fix the problem, coming back to the house several times, was amazing. He is very professional and really cares about solving his clients concerns. In the end he located the pipe making the sound, secured it and now the sound is gone and our tenant is very happy. We have since used Borys on a bathroom renovation and again he worked tirelessly to ensure the job was done to perfection. Highly recommend DrainCom, especially Borys.

    Replaced mixing valve on hot water tank

    Valentin came on time and was very friendly and helpful! We've been having issues of not receiving hot water (or even warm water) in any of our water taps throughout the house. Valentin found there was an issue with our 12 year old mixing valve. He had to drive out to a store to get the same part (since it's so old), came back quickly and installed it in less than 20 minutes! Now we have hot steamy water again! Thank you Valentin! The service from Drain.com is great - even when I called to book the appointment, the lady on the phone was helpful and answered any questions I had. I would definitely use their services again!

    Misc Plumbing around the house

    choose draincom to fix a ceiling leak and install a fridge waterline. Toni came to my house did an amazing job, took time to explain the leak and was extremely professional

    Plumbing Issues

    Called DrainCom based on their HomeStars rating, and they did not disappoint. We had a broken shower faucet, possible leaking shower, and a leaking sink. Alex came (on time, as well), was very nice and professional and fixed everything within a couple of hours. If you have any plumbing needs, would recommend DrainCom.

    Clogged kitchen sink

    Had great service with DrainCom. Alex was personable and professional. He fixed my clogged kitchen sink in a timely manner and then went above and beyond by installing my new shower filter. Thanks!!

    AWESOME service on short notice

    Had some minor, but annoying, faucet issues for a while and wanted to get them addressed on a day that I happened to be working from home. Called just before lunchtime, not expecting to be able to get in on short notice, but the woman said she would try to squeeze me in. She phoned back shortly after, gave me a one-hour time window, and Alex arrived right on time. He was professional, personable, and able to fix the problem quickly, while also taking the time to ensure the fix was "perfect," which I greatly appreciated. I have already booked Alex to come back to fix the other issue once I have a chance to buy the new faucet. Good experience from beginning to end. Thank you! UPDATE AFTER SECOND VISIT: Alex came back as planned to fix the other issue. I screwed up and bought a faucet that would not fit the space. Alex came to the rescue, picking up another one on his way, and it was absolutely perfect. He is clearly conscientious about doing an excellent job, as the results show when he is done. I certainly will not ever need to call anyone else for help with plumbing issues now that I know Alex at DrainCom. THANK YOU once again!!!

    Leaky tub etc

    Borys arrived early, was polite and speedily got to work assessing the problem at hand. He fixed a leaky tub, a slow running faucet and a leaky kitchen faucet in one visit. He was informative about every aspect the process, explaining the problem and the remedy for fixing. He worked cleanly and quickly and was very professional. I would definitely recommend DrainCom.

    Basement floor drain backed up when washing machine emptied

    Alex from DrainCom was EXCEPTIONAL. My laundry drain was backing up whenever my washing machine emptied. He tried to snake it, but was not able to get farther than 5 feet. It was also not possible to get a camera down either. As a result, he had to break up the slab and follow the path of the piping. When he did this, he encountered several 90 degree elbows horizontally under the concrete and a backward-facing wye connection. Whoever had done this work originally (previous owner) was not qualified to do it. You cannot get the snake or camera past the 90 degree 1-1/2" pipe elbows. He replaced all the piping and all the 90's with 45's and 22.5's. He added cleanouts. He made the laundry line a unique line to my main sewer pipe. Although the work was more extensive than originally estimated, he stuck to his original quote. Alex was extremely professional, honest and would not give up until it was done properly! Best experience I've ever had from any company.
