    Toilet and Bathroom faucet install

    I called Drain Con to do a new toilet, sink and faucet install for a bathroom. I did so based on all the previous positive reviews. I wasn't disappointed. Valentin arrived promptly and quickly assessed the work and gave me a very reasonable quote. He then went about completing all the work efficiently and left the workspace spotless. Valentin was fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate the recommend him and Drain Con to anyone.

    Basement Drain Clog, Camera Inspection and Snake/Auger

    After a sewer back-up in the basement due to a clogged drain, I needed service immediately. Anatoliy was at our door in Oakville within an hour and he was excellent. He was very professional, clean (using boot-covers, drop sheets, gloves, etc.) and respectful of people and property. He quoted $130+$180+HST for camera inspection and snake/auger of the main drain pipe and that's exactly what he charged despite the fact that both services proved to be a little more challenging than anticipated. As he suspected, the main 4" drain clog (and sewer back-up) was a result of grease/oil build-up over 7.5 years since we purchased the house brand new. He explained how the new, plastic drain pipes are more prone to oil/grease sticking to them, constricting the flow and eventually causing a blockage over time and that a "power flush" is recommended every 5 years. He explained that, after the snake/auger service, we should be OK for 2-3 months. Nevertheless, we have scheduled the power flush for next week...for peace of mind for the next 5 years.

    Leaking issue inBasement

    There were two major leaking issues at my finished basement. I met Alex from Draincom team.his expertise was amazing. Thanks again Draincom for your robust & affordable professional services.     Laundry sink

    This is the second time I've used DrainCom. Today Valentyn came to changed my laundry sink, he has done an amazing job putting the new sink cabinet and all plumbing fit perfectly to a tight place in the mudroom. The work took longer than he thought and he didn't charge me an extra penny. Valentyn took the time to make sure all work was done to his satisfaction. He was courteous, professional, and patient. He left the laundry room clean. I would use Draincom for all my plumbing needs in the future and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my family and friends.

    Unclogged very clogged toilet, shower and camera inspected main pipes

    We had a very, very clogged toilet where no amount of plunging could solve. I called DrainCom in the morning and a very competent and friendly technician came out the same day. Even though Toni was having a busy day, he took the time to answer my questions and to work on all of my other plumbing problems. Toni was patient, clean and tidy. I highly recommend DrainCom and will definitely call them again for any future work.

    Install shower kit, shut off valves, roman tub kit

    I contacted Draincom to install a new shower kit, shut off valves in my vanity, a roman tub kit in my bath and too replace 2 leaking shut off valves under my kitchen sink. Alec and his partner arrived at 2:30 p.m. and worked non stop until 10:30 to get the job done. They only stopped when it was discovered that a valve for the tap that I had ordered for the roman tub from the U.S. was missing. I had to reorder the piece and Alec promised to return and install it when I received it. I just wanted to comment on how professional these fellows are. Alec took the time to explain to me exactly what he was doing, and set to work to get it done. They had to work under very difficult circumstances to install the shower kit without damaging any tile. Access was gained from the sheet rock on the opposite side of the shower, and the tile they had to remove from around the roman tub to gain access to the pipes to install the new faucet and taps was done very professionally. They cleaned up after themselves, and even wore covers over their boots. I am happy I found Draincom and would recommend them to friends and family. Alec keep up the good work. You are a credit to your profession and this company. i will call you when the replacement part arrives. Again thank you and I am sorry we kept you so late in the evening and away from your family.

    Leaky Toilet

    I had one leaky toilet last week, called DainCom, they responded right away and send a very experienced specialist (Valentyn) the next morning! Valentyn fixed my old toilet in less than 1 hour and explained in details how the problem happened. I've told my family and friends about their good service.

    Plumbing in the whole house

    Toni came over to my project house for a quote and was able to provide an accurate estimate within an hour. There was a lot to do: changing all water supplies, cutting stack, and changing the drain. Toni went above and beyond the initial work requested without charging any extra money. I would definitely recommend his professionalism, and customer service.

    basement drainage problem

    We had a problem with our sump pumps running almost continuously and Anatoliy came and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it and provided additional helpful information about possible solutions to noise in our pipes. Very professional and generous!! We will use this service again.

    Drain service

    Draincom was really professional with his drain service. Draincom sent Alex over. Alex was professional. He arrived on time and he was friendly and knowledgeable. He checked over everything in details and answered all my questions patiently. The charge was very reasonable. I will recommend draincom for plumbing/drain services! They are knowledgeable, professional and fair with their price!
