    Blocked Drain

    We were having issues with the tub not draining properly and then noticed the toilet water was high after flushing. Our water tank/furnace combo is on the top floor or our townhouse and before long we noticed water overflowing from the water tank drain and flooding the floor below. We called DrainCom and a technician was at our house in less than 2 hours. Borys was amazing! He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and diagnosed a blockage in our main drain. He used a camera and was able to show us on the monitor where the blockage was. He removed our toilet, snaked the drain line and quickly cleared the blockage. He answered all our questions, was patient and helpful and cleaned up everything after him. A great outcome!! Although we hope not to have any plumbing problems in the future, we know that if we do DrainCom is the first number we'll call! Thank you, Borys!

    Absolutely the best professional!

    Wanted to write this review, to say special Thank You to Valentin Borysevych from DrainCom ! Extremely helpful, very attentive, and solved a complex leakage problem that was troubling us for a long time. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and family!

    Water mian upgrade, Drain upgrade

    DrainCom is a fantastic company. Extremely skilled team from the quote to the job completed. On time and professional! Toni was very thorough in his quote and took the time to explain every detail. The job sight was extremely clean I was really happy with how much care Petrov and his team took with the excavation. Every process was explained and we are very happy with the results of the work done.

    Toilet unclogged/Back Water Valve Installed/Damaged drain pipe replaced

    We place a call today to Drain com., we had toilet issues. We were told the technician would arrive between 12:00- 1:00, and that was the case. The technician, Toni was Excellent, he told us up front what he would do & the price we would pay. Once he determined the problem, he was extremely professional. He wanted to find why the problem existed, so he scoped the stack and found the problem. Turns out we need some additional work done, we were grateful for his diligence. One problem was a misaligned pipe under the footing of the wall. On the exterior where the pipe connects to the city, he found water in the pipe, which causes the water to slow down. He suggested to fix this problem, and install a Backwater Flow Valve. That's not bad for a house that's a 100 years old, he told me to put my plunger away. DrainCom looks after all the details, getting the permit, arranging inspection's, and providing document's for rebate. Will let you know when the rest of the work is completed, in about 10 days, weather permitting. The work has now been completed 3 days from the initial visit. The permit was obtained by Drain Com, and all the necessary paper work was dropped off by Toni our contact at Drain Com. The job was done, mess was cleaned up the service was EXCELLENT. Santina at Drain Com office was extremely helpful, if we need to contact Toni, all we had to do was call, Santina made the connection promptly.     Kitchen sink drain

    I had DrainCom replace our kitchen sink drain pipes about a year ago, after we had new sinks installed. I intended to write this review sooner, but better late than never! I told them on the phone which brass parts I had already purchased, and asked the receptionist/dispatcher to have the plumber bring some copper pipe to be used as a coupling for the dishwasher Y. The receptionist was friendly and said the plumber would bring with 1 foot of 1.5" copper pipe as well as soldering equipment. When Valentyn arrived, he had not received the message from the receptionist, and so did not have any copper pipe with him. He thought we had plastic pipes! Val took a look at the parts I had, and at first he said he wouldn't be able to complete the job that day, without that copper piece. However, instead of leaving, he was amazingly persistent. He said that for his own peace of mind, he wanted to make completely sure that he couldn't complete the job that day, and wouldn't charge me for his time spent confirming this. After trying to complete the puzzle with the old and new pipes for 30 minutes or so, he announced that he could do it! He completed the job quickly after that, and left the place clean. Despite his extra time, he stuck to the original quote. It should be noted that this company offers customers a discount for promising to write a review about them on Home Stars. Between that and the lost communication about the necessary copper pipe, I would give DrainCom a 6/10, if it weren't for Val. Val was truly impressive! He was friendly, punctual, clean, intelligent, persistent, and did a beautiful job, when he initially thought he wouldn't be able to. I would give him a 12/10 if I could. He is bringing this company up!

    Installation of sinks and drains in commercial kitchen

    The new sinks, water connections and drains, were installed in a very professional manner leaving them with a first class visual appearance and functioning well. Premises were left in excellent shape.

    Trap & Cleanout replacement

    Toni is absolutely a pleasure to work with. He explains everything in detail and clearly so that I understood the root of the problem. Had multiple issues with my main drain being very old and made from clay with multiple issues of clogged toilet and backed up pipes. Solution was to dig up the floor and replace old traps and cleanouts with new up to date PVC piping. Toni's team even did the work overnight since I run a restaurant and needed water at all times. They were very efficient and completed the job within 6 hours. I left the key with them, they locked up and Toni came and delivered me the key the next day. He even checked his teams work to make sure they did a good job. They were very clean and there was no evidence of any mess left behind. Lastly I cannot forget that their pricing is very competitive. I would highly recommend DrainCom to anyone looking to get any plumbing work done. Residential or Commercial. Thanks Toni!!!

    Pipe Snaking

    We had a basement drain backup on a Sunday morning. Called late in the afternoon and Toni was on site within an hour. He was very professional and explained everything very clearly. He had our issue resolved in a few hours. The price was also very good. A++ for the quick service on a Sunday night. Thanks Toni & DrainCom

    kitchen sink

    Our kitchen sink was backed up. The problem turned out to be more complicated than initially thought. The service person, Alex, was great and took the time to diagnose the problem and explain everything. It went late into the evening but he finished the job.

    Broken clay pipe repaired

    This company was great. They came assess my situation the same night I called - toilet in basement had backed up. They were careful and clean and their suggestions were reasonable, provided lots of advice and we didn't feel pressured in proceeding with the big project of digging outside in our lawn to fix the collapsed clay pipe. We went through with it anyway and are happy we did. Great job done in a timely manner too. Felt good speaking with professionals. Highly recommended.
