    Waterline replacement

    Due to a breakage of the original old galvanized iron waterline, a replacement from the curb box to the house was needed. On short notice, the Draincom crew replaced the waterline on February 3, 2016 with 3/4" copper. Thank you to all.

    bathroom plumbing and bathtub installation

    The technician, Tony was very professional and did a great job at fixing my bathroom. He was very fast at his job and really nice. The company itself was really reliable and i would definitely recommend their service to anyone.

    Burst water pipe

    I look after three rental apartments in old houses, and have dealt with a lot of plumbers (unfortunately). Valentyn from DrainCom was the best I have found. He is courteous, thoughtful, efficient and clearly savvy when faced with a burst water pipe in a very difficult location to access. I could not be more pleased with the quality of service I received. I definitely recommend Valentyn and DrainCom.

    Kitchen faucet replacement and a few other small plumbing jobs

    Alex responded promptly to our call and was friendly. He replaced our aging kitchen faucet, installed new valves, and did a couple of other small plumbing jobs. Thank you Alex!

    Frozen Pipe

    Alex came to our rescue. He found the source of the problem, and immediately got to work, thawing the frozen pipe in under an hour. We appreciated his positive 'can do' attitude.

    Basement bathroom renovation

    We were left in a lurch by our previous contractor who did not start to rebuild the bathroom . We called Drain.com because Serge had done our drains after a flood last year. Serge sent Valentyn, and he helped us mobilize tiling, and a general and electrical workman. We are finally finished the job. The workmanship was bar none, excellent. Our bathroom in the basement looks nicer than our bedroom one! Drain.com had done the inside weeping tiles and rectified our drainage problems after the flood, so we have the coziest, driest basement in the neighborhood now.

    So many plumbing problems, one simple solution. Alex from DrainCom

    I have been busy in the last few years and the plumbing problems have built up. Problems in the kitchen and two bathrooms, a long list. I contacted DrainCom because of the glowing reviews on HomeStars and arranged for a service call. Alex from DrainCom called to say he would be here at the arranged time and was prompt. Alex is courteous, friendly, professional and efficient and clearly very good at his job. He explained everything in terms I could understand and his work was completed fast and my problems solved. Well done! All I can say is DrainCom, keep him around. DrainCom is my pluming solution as long as that is the case. HomeStars, I need another star for this service from DrainCom, 10 is not enough. I am a very happy customer.

    Waterproofing

    Toni Temelkovski certainly showed the quality their company is made of.  I would use Draincom again, they live up to their warranties which are based on do it right the first time! fulfilled my expectations with the good Work! My basement problem solved, with external waterproofing, no more leaks! Would recommend them with confidence.

    Leaking Basement

    I had water in my basement coming in from the foundation walls. I called DrainCom to come and look, and Serge gave me a detailed estimate, at a fair price. The job was done quickly, and has a lifetime warranty. This company is fair and easy to work with.

    Kitchen sink backed up

    Our kitchen sink backed up on Sunday night. It had been getting slowly worse for a couple of weeks but on Sunday the sink became unusable. I called draincom on Monday morning and they gave me a window of 11-1 for the same day. I asked if they could call me once they had a better idea of when in that window they expected to arrive. Closer to the window I got a call from Alex advising when he would be there and he arrived on time. Alex was great and took the pipes off the sink and removed the blockage - sink now drains better than it ever has! Very happy with the service and completely recommend them.
