I needed to have a new washing machine installed, the old draining system had been for a dishwasher so it had to be completely changed and in a very small space. I had another plumber quote me 600$ for the work and wanted to schedule the repair for 1 week later. I wanted a second opinion and called Draincom. Valentyn came and within 5 minutes told me how he would re-route the drain and quoted me 200$, he finished the work quickly and was very polite and knowledgeable. I had a few other plumbing issues (leaky shower and water stains on the baseboards). He let me know I could get a free cartridge for the leaky shower from Home Depot and after inspecting the water staining he figured out the water was coming from the outside wall, he took extra time to go outside with me and show me where the water was coming from outside the house and how I could seal it quickly without having to pay someone else to do it whereas the other plumber I contacted quoted me 150$ for a new shower cartridge and suggested I just put waterproof sealant on the stained baseboards to hide the water stains. I cant even believe what a difference there was between the work and professionalism that Valentyn from Draincom exhibited and the first plumber I called. It really felt like he was honest and wanted to fix the problem at a reasonable rate instead of totally ripping me off. I will only use Draincom in the future. If you feel youre getting ripped off and want an honest and professional plumber - these are the people to call.

Just had work done today on my kitchen faucet. Faucet was broken internally and leaking water under the sink. I tried fixing it myself without any luck. The plumber who came, Valentyn, arrived on time, and did a great job fixing it. I was extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend him!

What a great experience. Called in for an estimate, they scheduled a plumber to call back, Valentin (plumber) called within an hour, provided estimate, I scheduled a visit, plumber showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up the site afterwards, very polite, any questions - answered right away, very professional. This is my plumber going forward, very satisfied.

The company as a whole from customer service reps to the technicians and the plumbers are excellent. The work was a straightforward backflow repair with a backflow valve installation. Living in a remade but older home in Toronto, there were a few hiccups with the existing plumbing that they addressed and fixed in record time. What I liked best about the company is everyone seemed very invested in their work, treating our home and the problems that they found as if it were their own home. At the end they did a clean job and the workers were pleasant to communicate with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the city that needs their plumbing work repaired!

I had hardly any cold water pressure, specifically coming into my washing machine in my basement and in my bathroom on the upper level of the house. Valentyn fixed the issue in the basement in no time, which turned out to just be a very twisted hose. It was refreshing and very appreciated to be told the truth and not overcharged for a non-repair. The other fixes require new faucet parts to be ordered, so he will be returning when they come in to fix the rest. This is the second time I've used draincom, and will keep doing so. They are courteous, fair, and they do good work (the first job was a big one - a basement flood that required the replacement of underground pipes). They have extremely competitive prices and, from the office team on the phones to the guys doing the work in home, just nice to deal with. I fully endorse and recommend the Draincom team.

We couldn't do laundry because of a leaky pipe. Valentyn was quick, courteous,arrived when he said he would and got the job done for a reasonable rate. I will definitely call DrainCom next time we need a plumber.

Have been using Draincom for over four years now. This time the laundry faucet needed to be replaced. Once again Draincom came in with the best customer service and price quote. Valentyn replaced the faucet and also cleaned out the drain. Valentyn was very polite and professional, the new faucet works great! i had a flood in my basement on sat. called draincom. slava came over in an hour. he looked everything over, he told me what was wrong. back water valve needed. gave me quote. said that city would reimburse me for some of the work. relief! vlad and oleg came on tues., did the work. great guys! everything was cleaned up perfectly. big job. they sent valentine over for some plumbing problems that i had. he is very knowledgeable and uses common sense as well.not much of that going around these days.i feel that even though i was in a panic and called draincom without knowing them, i got a fare shake. the work they did was worth the money. i don't often say that. if you need any of their services, call them! you won't be disappointed.

Draincom.com was 1/3 of the price of my highest quote. Slava came and gave me a quote. On Monday Valentyn did the work. I was pleased with the service and more importantly the price. Valentyn answered all the questions i had about the work being done. I would definitely recommend these guys.
