I called about a leaking shower and they were able to send someone over the same day. Valentyn was extremely helpful and friendly. He replaced a part and showed me how to change another part once the replacement comes it. I'd definitely recommend!

My wife & I are very impressed with the people at Drain Com. The saying "it's the people that make the company, not the Company that makes the people" is true in their case. The Project Coordinator, Slava Koval is an expert at his job. We had 2 occasions where we needed their services for 2 different basement leaks. Late last summer after the rains we had a leak on one side of the house. They came, dug,repaired and once finished you would never have known they were there. The second time was for another wall and the crew came out in the freezing weather, conducted the repairs and again left everything in perfect order. The crew are very polite and show you what they're doing for the repairs. Drain Com was recommended to us by one of our neighbor's and we recommend them very highly.

Valentyn arrived within 4 hours of calling DrainCom. He was courteous, helpful and very professional. It turned out that my repair was a matter of simply tightening a faucet in the kitchen. He also checked out the basement ceiling to determine if there was any damage. I would definately call on DrainCom in the future!

I called DrainCom to arrange for installation of an electronic water valve. They were professional and friendly. I asked for an estimate and they told me the technical will call me to get more details about the job.I received a call shortly and was provided with an estimate which was reasonable estimate. The hot and cold water taps connected to our washing machine were both very old and leaking. Valentyn came as agreed and quickly replaced both taps for us. They no longer leak - perfect! They were quick to respond and provided a detailed quote that was affordable compared to other bigger companies. Workers were very polite and efficient - work was completed as predicted. Would use again. Only quibble, found out from city afterwards that a permit is needed for drain work; would have liked to be told, assuming they knew (so I could have made the arrangements), as I didn't even think of it at the time. But happy with the work!
