Basement Drain
We were having an issue with our humidifier and water in our basement - our furnace is installed in a crawl space! The furnace tech said we needed a plumber to come in and put another floor drain in so the furnace and humidifier could properly drain. I called several companies but DrainCom is the one I chose as they were professional and reasonable. Not an easy installation job as one man can barely fit in that space. But they did it and we don't have to worry about water in our basement again.

Kitchen sink plumbing/waterline, floor drain camera inspection and cleaning
Initially my dishwasher was backing up dirty water and I called Draincom for help. I thought that my dishwasher was broken but there was problem with kitchen drain. Robert came on time and had to correct the bad plumbing job done by previous owner (which also was leaky) as well as correcting the waterline to the sink and snake the drain. He explained things step by step and recommended only required service. I learned so much from him and that was a great help since it is first time for us to own a house. He was great! But then I had another problem later that my floor drain in the basement was backing up water in my finished basement. Robert came back to resolve the problem quickly. He had to find the hidden drain (previous owner of the house hid the drain under the laminate flooring) and clean out the debris in the drain. There was so much debris that water from the furnace was backing up. I also got the camera inspection of the drain and cleaning of the drain as well. Robert saved my day. I am glad that I found a great plumber whom I can trust. Thank you, Robert!

Toilet Replacement
Great service. Quick response to our inquiry and Rob was very helpful. Even helped with another minor issue we had. He walked us through everything he was doing to make sure we were happy with the results. We will use DrainCom for any future plumbing projects we have.

waterline replacement
City came to my house with meter replacement program and told me what i have to replace my waterline before they can install new meter. Called draincom and next day technician Slava came and provide me detailed estimate. Crew was extremely clean and job was finished in same day. Highly recommend draincom

Sewer pipe replacement
Replaced old broken sewer pipe from inside and beneath our basement floor to city pipe in front lawn. Quick response, knowledgeable, fast work, good cleanup, excellent results. Great job! Will use again.

Sump pump and weeping tile installation
Once again, DrainCom came to our rescue with outstanding service and excellent work. Vlad and Oleg did a great job installing our sump pump and weeping tiles. Always friendly, professional and on time.

Pipe repair
My elderly mother was having drainage issues in her basement. Draincom was of 3 companies I called to get an estimate. They were not the cheapest but I felt comfortable dealing with there representative ( Stuart ) They pit a big hole in the front garden and had the pipe working very quickly. There was some sewage waste on the basement floor and the guys were kind enough to clean it all up and wash down the floor. Stuart also fixed up a bathroom sink that wouldn't drain properly. Highly recommended.

Plumbing
I saw some water stains on my hallway ceiling that was above my daughter's bathroom. I reached out to DrainCom and Rob, the plumber, came to look at it. He spent over one hour with me looking at the shower and toilet and exploring the plumbing stacks in the basement. His initial recommendation was to put some silicon around the plumbing fixtures in the shower as well as the toe tester. He suggested that we continue to use the shower and see if that fixes the problem. He did NOT charge me for any of his time or the sealing. I found Rob (and have found others at Drain Com) to be honest and reliable. They do not do work for the sake of it and will give you an honest assessment based on the expertise. Rob looked at some other plumbing issues and recommended I leave it alone unless it becomes more serious. I will continue to use Drain Com for all my plumbing, drain and waterproofing needs.

Internal Waterproofing/Lead Supply Pipe
I was having water issues in my basement (external waterproofing was previously done). Stuart came promptly, assessed the situation and offered his honest opinions. Not only is his knowledge base extensive but he was clear and concise with his explanations. After interviewing a few more companies I decided on DrainCom. His crew was timely and kept the basement clean after the job. I decided to replace the lead supply water pipe as well but despite the additional work order the job was completed in 2 days. To date the basement is dry. Thanks again Stuart BW

New Faucet, Snaking, Leaky Faucets
Rob was very helpful and diligent while he was in our home. We had several things to take care of (2 leaky faucets, 2 plugged drains and a new faucet to install) and he worked very hard to complete the jobs as quickly as possible without compromising quality. Rob was also very willing to give advice on things that he was not working on for ongoing maintenance and problem prevention. The work was far from cheap, but the results are very good. We would certainly call Rob back for our future plumbing needs.
