We were very happy with the service we received from DrainCom. The lead project manager who provided the quote was great, told us exactly what needed to be done. They showed up on time and when they said they would and got the job done efficiently. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. We also appreciated the follow-up from Robert once the job was completed. We would highly recommend DrainCom to anyone who needs to install a back-flow valve.

Had Draincom come to my property in Oakville as the drains were really stinky. Stewart arrived and quickly assessed the problem as a misplaced sewer under the driveway. They came the next morning and had it all fixed up by the end of day. Great service start to finish.

Had a shift in my sewer pipe at the foundation which was causing problems.I contacted Draincom and they sent a guy, whose name was Carl, over that same day. He sent a camera through the pipe to confirm the problem.We agreed on a solution and a time to fix the problem.Two young guys by the names of Vlad & Oleg showed up at the set time. They put down drop sheets to contain any mess. They were very polite and did a great job. When the work was complete they cleaned up everything. I was happy with the work they did.

Draincom actually helped me out twice. First time was in Feb when the first snow started to melt, and the water leaked inside to my basement, and again this fall when I wanted to waterproof the other side of my house. Slava came promptly and gave a competitive quote and was really impressed. I met with another waterproofer, and they recommended the waterproofing to be done indoors, which would have involved gutting up my finished basement. So glad I got more quotes and worked with Draincom. About the work: In Feb they called for locates (gas lines location, etc), and came on time. These gents were digging up frozen dirt in the middle of Feb, worked diligently, and was responsive to my questions. Same deal in the fall. The best thing about them? Clearly they take pride in their work, since they're willing to stay longer to help clean up any mess they may have made. And in regards to the follow up? In spring when the dirt had compacted more and gradient was gone, I gave Draincom a call and they promptly came to fix it up.

Draincom was extremely professional when I called. They gave me a window time for my appointment, then called me before that window to give me an exact time. Rob, their plumber, showed up on time. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgable. He warned me about some potential issues we might have but went out of his way to do everything to prevent the damage. He did an amazing job and made sure I was extremely happy before he left. The charge for the job was very reasonable. I strongly recommend them and I will use them again.

Just want to say thank you again to these guys I don't like to have to phone them but when I need them they always come through with excellent work. I had a leak in my waterline outside which meant it had to be changed Karl came out and gave me a fair price and they started the next day. As always Karl and his team where great and they did and excellent job. Thanks again guys :)

The main verdict first: perfect in every regard. The details: I called to request an estimate (after obtaining two others). Slava (a foreman/sales rep.) came to meet me. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very informative. He outlined my options CLEARLY. He answered all my questions (with no hedging). When it comes to replacing a main sewer line in a 110 years old house, there are typically many unknowns. Yet DrainCom gave me a relatively firm estimate range, covering the best, and the worst, case scenarios. DrainCom was the ONLY company that gave me an estimate range in writing. I signed with them. Slava appeared with the scope and pipe locator. He established exactly (and, in retrospect) accurately all the information the crew needed. He then gave me a final price. It was, incidentally, the lowest of three. The crew showed up in time — Alex and Tadeck — and from the first moment, we had total confidence in their competence. This crew is by far the very best I have worked with: positive, prompt, hard working, and following the codes of 'best practices' to the letter. The mess was minimal; they cleaned the work site every day before they left. The job was finished on time, and the results were excellent. DrainCom, Slava, and the crew were the very best. We highly recommend them.

Toilet got clogged over weekend and I called drain com again. Slava come in same day and did everything fast and clean !!! Highly recommend this company for all your drain and plumbing needs!!!

Draincom came to repair some damaged waterproofing around my home's foundation as part of their warranty. I needed the repair done quickly and Draincom was very cooperative and accommodating. Eugene was great and a pleasure to deal with.

My husband and I had a clog in the laundry tub drain pipe. The plumbers who came to fix the problem were very professional and they did an excellent job to fix the problem. Ievgenii (a supervisor at DrainCom) was very professional, patient and explained the situation to me very clearly. My husband and I would highly recommend DrainCom to anyone who has a plumbing issue in their home.
