The contractor was patient and friendly. The work being done was explained to me in layman's term and I was able to view the work while it was being done. Overall, I feel very happy with the work done and I recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.

Had home depot install a toilet. It turns out that their contractor didn`t install it properly. The seal was not aligned properly and the waste was not all going down the proper tube. The worker totally corrected the problem at a fair price.

We had a several leaks in our basement. Close friend gave us Draincom's number. First the response was quick. Technician came the same day, gave us a proper quote (written). He was polite and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. And we proceed with the work. The crew arrived the next day. They promised to complete the job in 5-6 days. And they finish as promised. We would highly recommend this company. Thank you Draincom

Ordered a plumber from Draincom for non-emergency work. He performed a number of minor jobs. When he gave me the bill, he had inflated the time spent on the job by half an hour (I noted the times myself), and when i caught him, he just shrugged it off but didn't reduce the amount. He then charged me $180 for parts...but didn't provide me with a receipt, even though part of the time on the job was driving to the store to get them. the parts were very minor and I have trouble imagining they cost more than $50.00. I have complained to the company, and am awaiting some response. I have had lots of otherwise positive dealings with Draincom, so we are hoping for a good outcome. in fairness, he arrived on time, was polite and did a good job. Just gouged us at the end.

Had Carl come by and do an estimate. He was knowledgeable an explained what would be necessary. He also knew about the city subsidy for this work. He didn't trash talk his competition, talk fast without giving any real information on the job required, unlike the previous guy who came from one of the highest rated companies listed here. I got permit myself. Work started on Thursday morning and would've been completed that evening even though I was told two days. It was the wait for the city inspector which delayed finishing to Monday. Carl showed up in the morning with a 2 man crew. He showed them what needed to be done and left. Come Monday one guy from the Thursday crew came to fill and cover up the hole for the back water valve and that was it. Both guys did a good job with the digging. Everything dug up went straight into a sack, no dirt piled anywhere. The unfortunate part was that the work of breaking up the old concrete and mixing new concrete caused a thin layer of dust on everything in the basement. Wasn't a big deal to me but if one has a finished basement there would be a lot of vacuuming and cleaning to be done. Last thing, I was promised they would scope the drains for me after the work was completed. I did NOT get this in writing on the contract. On the Monday, I had spoken to Carl about it and he suggested he would come Thurs or Friday. Unfortunately, he did not. It has been 2 weeks since that time. Although, I would have been happy to receive this free scoping of my drains, I have written it off as it is not on my contract. Overall, still happy with the work done and I've given Carl's contact info to 2 friends already. Just make sure everything is written down.

These guys were great. Slava was very informative and extremely helpful. They did the job and I didn't even notice that they were there. They left the place clean and were very sensitive to my situation. Can't say enough good things about the process. If you gotta do this these are the guys.

If you ever need foundation repair, call this company. They have done a good job fixing the crack. It does not leak now. Workers were polite, no delays, no hidden charges We are satisfied. Jacob Tutt

My spouse contacted draincom as we are seeking to rent out our home-and they came immediately to address our needs. I must say from start to finish they did a very classy job. They first did the rough in for the toilet and stand up shower. Then installed my shower cabibet,toilet and his and her sinks-with all taps etc. They did ano excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. I would and will definetly recommend Draincom to friends and family and we will be utilizing their services for our other properties.

Slava from Draincom knew exactly what he was talking about when it came to changing the water line. He was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. The crew came and completed the job in a one day and everything was cleaned up and back to looking normal in no time. I am very pleased with this company.
