This company is one of kind. They take care of their customers from start to finish. Mike came out at the time I requested and gave me a very reasonable quote for the project I needed to have done. The diggers came first thing every morning to complete the job, they cleaned up all the mess and left everything looking great. And best of all there is absolutely no leaks in my basement and we’ve had plenty of rain to test it. Very satisfied customer indeed.

We were initially impressed. The person who came to do our initial assessment/estimate was professional and well spoken. However Draincom does not tell you they subcontract out their work. The people who actually came to do the work spoke literally no English so we could not communicate with them. Not three years later we have a leaky basement again. Draincom sent back the same crew - same communication issue. They argued with us that the problem is not from their work and Draincom has not answered our follow up email. I would NOT recommend using this company.

Best company to deal with. All my family is happy to have this water problem taken care of. I want to thank you and your staff for such a good job. I have other properties and will call you for future work.

Thank you for your excellent service and advice we received over the weekend. We called on Friday night at 9pm and had two pipes fixed by Sunday afternoon. The 3 employees were knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. I feel confident in your company and will refer you to family and friends.

This company is excellent. We had a big problem with our basement flooding constantly.. sump pump wasn’t kicking on, water was coming in from the walls etc. The house was built in 1930’s and still had old clay piping. Draincom is a very professional company. Slava came in and explained the problem thoroughly to us, in great detail, all other companies didn’t seem to have a clue. Great work guys!

My sump pump stopped working... my basement flooded so I called a few companies to get quotations on fixing the problem. When the plumber from draincom came to my house, he was polite and courteous, looked at the pump and was able to fix the float on the pump. Other companies were telling me to replace it, but with a tight budget draincom was able to fix my problem quickly and at a really good price.

A wet basement crack i was meaning to repair flared up because of rain Call Drain com and they answered at 7 am good sign sent a rep to see the work and quote and they came on time, Arrange a quick appointment to fix next day at a great price, Did the work in about 5 hours show me what they were doing and clean up the dug up area perfectly Highly recommended

Thanks to draincom all my worries are gone. My house is about 50 years old and I had old clay tile pipe. My sewer overflowed frequently and I had to do something about it. The draincom guys came in and replaced my pipe from the house to the street without damaging my landscape at the front. They were very professional and courteous. Thank you soooo much!

The workers were keenly aware of their tasks and worked diligently to finish the work on that day (which is a good thing because it rained all day the next day). They cleaned up after the job and was finished very nicely, including the neighbors side they had to use for the earth. Tony, we appreciate your mannerism and professionalism you demonstrated in our meetings at all times with you. Your lead worker knows his stuff and knows how to the job done and it shows in the way he works and the speed he works at. They were both very pleasant in dealing with our family.

First and foremost, Carl (Underpinning, drain & waterproofing specialist) was there for us since the first day we called the office to book a free of charge on site estimation, consultation and camera inspection with regards to the drain /trap issue. He has exhibited high knowledge of drain/underpinning/waterproofing techniques, products and used his insights, recommendations to proactively respond and meet our long term needs. He has been working tiresslesly to constantly answer every question, concern we had regarding the exact location of the outside trap (including all details, features, parts and installation procedures). It is also important to point out that, he visited with us and inspected the whole work, making sure that everything was proceeding as per the original proposal. On the other hand, the two Drain specialist/installer(s)Gena and Tadek did an amazing job finishing the whole project within two business days! Since the commencement of the project till its completion, they have exhibited high level of professionalism, working in a very timely and efficient manner. Their first priority was the neatness and cleanness of the work area together with the disposal of the debris. It is amazing the fact that, after leaving the site everything was so neat and clean! They are very professional and precise. During the completion of the project they were explaining to us every question /concern we had and tried to educate ourselves about drains issues. We were also very impressed by the fact that they were always on time and very respectful to the house (very careful for the walls, floors and surroundings). Also, special Thanks to Lisa (Drain com Head Office) for the great job regarding the paper work including: booking of the appointment(s) with the sales manager/specialist, Technicians for measurement and re-measurent pre-installation procedures, exact location of the outside trap and QX location services (Hydro&Gas Pipe lines).
