    remove old u-trap (mushroom cap) that connects drain to city sewer

    Draincom was the lowest quote ($1,600 vs $1,800 and $2,000 from two other firms highly rated by HomeStars). A colleague had used Draincom and was very happy. The came on time and finished on time. Despite having to dig a very deep hole and remove a lot of clay, they put everything back perfectly and even avoided damaging my garden. No mess at all. The crew was very professional and pleasant.

    Waterproofing

    Our basement flooded after a heavy rainfall. We were quite surprised as we had just moved in 7 months ago into our newly built home. My husband and I immediately came on Home Stars as we usually do to obtain reviews on companies that we can contact. We came across Draincom's exceptional reviews and decided to contact them. Feeling a little overwhelmed with what was going on as well as awaiting the birth of our baby any minute, Tony Mears appeared at our door step within a day of contacting him. He put us at ease and began to ask questions in order to get a better idea of what had taken place. It was evident that Tony was an expert in this field and he began to visually help us understand what the problems may be. After speaking with him we felt comfortable with the procedures that we needed to take on to fix our flooded basement and hire him and his crew. He guided us through step by step with the work that he would do. He even went the extra mile by contacting our builder and the inspector that overseed the building of our home. When we had questions, he always got back to us within a few minutes. His workers were done the job in a short amount of time. They alerted us to problems as they discovered more by digging into the foundation. They took pictures for us as well as knocked at our door to have us see the different stages of the project. Overall, this unfortunate experience has been a learning experience as Tony was truly an exceptional professional person that actually cared about his clients and wants to leave the completed job with the feeling that he made his clients happy in the end and this is exactly what happened. I highly recommend this company.

    Basement Lowering

    WOW is the best word to describe this company. From start to finish they took care of everything! From arranging an engineer to getting the permits to making sure everything was going as scheduled. They kept me informed and stayed within my budget. I will recommend this company to everyone with a problem. My basement looks awesome!

    Drain Replacement

    This company is the best one out there! It was around 6am when I called the company because there was sewage all over my basement floor, the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and told me that she would have someone there right away. Slava was at my house within the hour to figure out the problem for me. He was able to get my drains running and provided a free camera inspection to check the problem. He determined that my line was broken and full of tree roots. He gave me a quote on the spot and didn't charge me for servicing me. I went ahead and got the work he recommended done... the diggers who came were very clean, quick and always had a smile on their face. This isn't something any homeowner wants to deal with... but I am so glad that I called Draincom!

    Waterproofing

    I had gotten three quotes to waterproof my basement walls because it was causing a leak when the snow melted and was causing a panic in my house. I was very happy to have such a fantastic company come to my home. Carl was so polite and very informative. He explained everything that needed to be done to have the walls fixed up. The price was very reasonable!! The crew that came was very polite as well! I will always call DrainCom. Thanks again!

    Waterproofing the basement, sump pump and backflow

    I have been screwed over too many times by people that come into the house and give a great show only to be followed by questionable workmanship. Drain Com did 100% of what they said and did not leave until I was 100% satisfied. My concerns were all addressed by both the seller and the workers. Tony was not the kind of seller that you see once and then never again, he stuck around until the job was done right.

    Basement waterproofing

    Several weeks before calling DrainCom, we noticed a leak in our basement. Because we couldn’t identify where exactly the water was coming from, we decided to wait to see if it happens again another time. The next time there was heavy rain the leak appeared again, only this time much bigger. We called DrainCom to give us a free estimate, since they did some previous plumbing work at our old apartment, and we were completely satisfied. Just as we hoped, Slava – the technician who came for the estimate was able to quickly determine the problem and took the time to explain to us what kind of work needed to be done and what the cost would be. With our approval, DrainCom waterproofed our basement and yet again, we are completely satisfied with how the work was done.

    Waterproofing Exterior Foundation

    I've never had such a difficult time and had such a disservice done. The company is very good at selling themselves on quality and customer service but the results are very different. I had the entire exterior of my house waterproofed and it was not done properly from start to finish. The delta membrane was not securely placed against the walls and only one coat of beacor was used to protect the walls. The entire job will have to be redone properly in order to ensure there are no future leaks.

    As the owner of DrainCom I am really upset that Peter is not satisfied with our service. Peter did have some concerns but I personally went to Peter’s house and spoke to him and I truly believe that the concerns he did have were solved. The company aims to consistently deliver a professional service to our customers and I would like to state that on this occasion the level of service you received was great. According to the written agreement the job was done correctly and in addition to that he got a full 20 year transferrable warranty. Still the owner of the property seems to be unhappy. He asked about some additional sealing of the membrane (that is not necessary). A customer satisfaction is a job well done for DrainCom. I spoke with Peter in detail and explained the situation with issue he was having, I offered him a couple options to solve the matter. I offered to do the additional sealing that he was requesting or give a 20% discount. Peter asked for the 20% off discount that I offered and seemed happy. Peter does have a 20 year warranty with our company. If at any time Peter feels he has an issue he is more than welcome to call our company and we will send someone over to have a look. DrainCom aims to consistently deliver a professional service to our customers.

    waterproofing foundation , sump pump, garage floor

    I had weeping tiles done and a sump pump put in.. also had my garage floor redone and drain repaired.. the work was done on time and the workers left no mess. When I had an issue or question I was listened to and the situation was taken care of. I was very pleased with the work and the workers.

    Drain Service

    These guys know what they are doing and they don't rip you off like most plumbers. They have the best drain service price in town. They even gave me tips on how to install my new shower fixtures, for free. You can't beat that.
