Eugene quoted for me over a year ago, and although I had to delay the work, I knew that I would call Draincom again when I was ready to have the work done. To say that I was pleased with the result, is an understatement. Eugene delivered a fair and detailed estimate on a Wednesday, and answered all of my questions and concerns on everything from what was lurking underneath the concrete, to paying a deposit and the warranty. He told me the job would take 3 days, but allowed for 4, just in case The crew arrived on Monday at 830, and since they were able to pour concrete right away, were finished by dinner on the Wednesday. In that time, Draincom manually excavated 23 feet, parged and sealed the foundation, applied waterproof membrane, installed weeping tile, replaced the old drainpipe, filled, compacted, poured concrete, and removed all debris. Mine and my neighbours property was always fully protected by tarps and the only time the crew asked anything of me was for power (as i don't have an outside plug) and to re-open the water line to my outside water tap. Draincom even sent someone to re-surface the concrete when I noticed that the alley cats and raccoons had left their paw prints in the wet cement. I originally had a great concern about this entire endeavor, as my house is about 100 yrs old, but Draincom truly delivered for me.

During the "free" camera inspection of my drains, Slava showed me I had roots breaking through the old tile. His team arrived the next day and worked side by side with Ikor's waterproofing team. No waiting. No disruptions. Just down to business. The guys are polite, friendly and very professional. And they take care of the details...like calling in the city inspector to insure I get the $2000 rebate for root damage. When they left I wouldn't know they had been...except now I can rest easier knowing I won't have a major drain backup. Thanks Slava!

My basement was damp and in need of help. I called several contractors but it was Tony Mears who won the work for Draincom (over those Mike Holmes guys) by being friendly, knowledgeable and willing to discuss options accommodate the particular issues with the location of the walls to be repaired. Ikor came in with a professional courteous team who were done in no time with minimal disruptions to my life.
