I was very pleased to have had DrainCom lower my basement. The workers worked very hard and completed everything that was promised. The price for the job turned out to be exactly as the one given at the free estimate appointment. I was completely satisfied with the quality of work that was provided, already recommended DrainCom to others.

Used draincom to waterproof front half of house. house is very old so had lots of complications but draincom guys handeled them all and kept me well informed throughout entire process.

We have decided to rent out our basement, and therefore needed to do basement lowering for the convenience of the tenants. We have never dealt with such a task and had no idea how this was done. When we called DrainCom, they were able to set up a free estimate appointment for us on the same day. The technician that came- Eugene, was very helpful and patiently explained to us what had to be done. I am in receipt of your services to repair the foundation walls of my beloved home.I was truly devastated with what has happened to my finished basement. DrainCom is wonderful organization who has made my experience bearable, and I wanted to share the story. I researched foundation restoration organizations on the internet, and contracted 11 companies. 6 did not service NewMarket. DrainCom returned my call the very same day, and arranged for Steve to provide me with an estimate the following day. Steve was empathetic, and asked that I sit down before he provided me with the estimate for the extensive work that needed to be done. I advised Steve that I was requesting 3 estimates, and he offered his assistance when reviewing my contact list. Steve made himself available for any subsequent questions I had, and your office promptly emailed me references and bond insurance policy documentation. I subsequently received a call from one other organization I contracted although it was days later...too late as I was very impressed with DrainCom's dedocated customer service! Steve arrived early in the morning and assured me that he had his team of experts would take care of my needs. "I need not worry" Collectively, they came up with solution which protected my external deck and assisted me financially (I have taken out a loan to cover these expenses which are not covered by my insurance). This was HUGE as I have 2 puppies and would have lost my outdoor access. Steve introduced me to Eagor and Olick. I took the day off work and was available for Eagor's many updates, wich I truly appreciated. I have never witnessed a more hard working customer focused team.!!! I offered to provide lunch to Eagor and Olick and they declined- I subsequently " insisted on hosting next days lunch. Equally impressive was Eagor's meticulous planning to salvage that little was left of my finished basement apartment for my teens, and their friends. Eagor carefully cut my kitchen cabinets so that they do not need to be replaced. he also carefully dismantled my shower wich can be reinstalled. Plastic wrap and coverings surround my basement to protact my contents. I am employed with Johnson Inc. (home and auto insurer) and this is what we call WC service!! When it comes to your home and your family..! Research information about the quality service provided in a plumbing company.. Google it! DrainCom's website is most interesing and modernized! Liability insurance and professional edicate does matter these days! Wanting price qoutes before empting the pockets.. The other companies called just repeated their sales pitch. With DrainCom it was refreshing to here even the secretary knowledge/expertez`! The technician was informative and reassuring. Two qoutes were provided to benifit the values of expenses. Also, brought to attention was the Home Owner Renovation Grant and The Roots Rebate. Headach gone! Problem solved! The workmenship was thoural and beyond expectations! Warrenty Garentee too! Thank you to all at DrainCom! :)

From the very first contact I have had with Draincom to the last I have never had anything but a positive experience. The price was great - very competitive. The crews started when they said they were going to start and worked very hard day in and day out until the work was finished. The only delay came when the inspector asked for something outside of the approved plan. Draincom was supportive through that process and when I had to ask them to change the bill of work, they came back promptly with a very fair price and re-commenced their work the following Monday with the same drive that they had brought to the first part of the renovations. When all was said and done they did a very detailed job cleaning up, and the final bill was what was promised. There were no surprises coming from Draincom at any time during the project. None. Based on the experience I had with them underpinning and waterproofing my basement I asked if they could give me a quote on a new pad for my garage. Again, professional, dedicated, prompt - it was all good. This company is great to deal with.

I want to thank Eugene and his team - for fixing our basement water leak. We were very impressed and grateful for their professionalism, very hard work, and courtesy while being here. They kept us informed of what to expect every day, they were on time, and together with the supervisor (don't know his name), detailed the entire process. They completed work fast and cleanly, as was promised. Despite all the work they did, there never was mess in the house - which was great. We have already recommended Draincom to our friends. We had flood in our basement. We decided to hire Draincom after speaking with Serge. He was very patient, listened well and was able to bring his crew the very next day. They worked very hard and you can see that they have guys with skills, who know their job very well. The project was completed on time, as promised and everything was cleaned up thoroughly (special thank you from my wife).
