    Plumbing/water pressure

    WaterWorks was very professional. Natasha was very helpful over the phone and Michael came by our house as scheduled and provided very helpful advice not just in relation to the problem we were experiencing but other ways to improve our plumbing system. We would definitely use this service again and recommend it to our friends and family!

    frozen pipes, burst pipe

    Pipes in my house were frozen. Thawing them revealed one had burst. Waterworks Plumbing sent someone in hours despite how crazy busy they already are with the ice storm. Larry Viau was professional, concerned and empathetic about my concerns over the damage, cost and repair upheaval. I used the company when it was Ready Rooter years ago and the are still as excellent as ever. Thank you!

    Dishwasher Removal

    Excellent service. Very professional and the contractor who did the work, Larry was very personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely use WaterWorks in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

    water heater leak

    A frozen pipe caused our tankless water heater to leak. We were without water, and Michael arrived quickly for a service call and immediately new what the issue was. He is very knowledgable and takes the time to explain the problem. Within an hour he got back to me with pricing, and was very helpful in answering my questions. Michael is also very honest in explaining all associated costs, in order to ensure the job is done correctly. I have used waterworks several times now, and will continue to do so.

    Minor toilet tank rebuild

    We had a minor toilet tank rebuild with Michael. Michael was extremely friendly, very organized, identified the problem immediately and fixed it very quickly and efficiently. I am very impressed by Water Works and will definitely use them again.

    Plumbing

    The hot water temperature started dropping in my house. I called a few places and The Water Works were able to give me the earliest appointment. They charge 60$ to inspect, which is reasonable, it's also refunded if you commit to the work. They were knowable and came well equipped to do all the necessary work.

    Frozen Water Pipe

    Right from the first call we made to Roseta at Waterworks we felt really well looked after. Larry came in less than 24 hours and was very professional. We reviewed the problem and walked us through ever step of what he was going to do before he quoted us. Larry gave us the price and upon OKing it was ready to tackle the frozen pipes immediately. Once the job was complete Roseta followed up to hake sure the service was to our liking. In a world where bad service interactions are common it was nice to feel well looked after and respected while having a job like this done.

    Frozen Pipes

    Woke up this morning to frozen pipes. Because we're on the priority program, Larry from Waterworks arrived very quickly. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue within an hour. As usual, Larry was very friendly and knowledgeable. Price was also very reasonable.

    Leaky Shower

    Michael was professional and his knowledge and experience was evident in his manner and recommendations. He provided options and the associated costs was able to save me an additional $100 on the information he provided. He arrived in the service time window and at all times, there was constant communcations to inform me of their delayed arrival due to a situation based on the cold weather.

    Blocked Drains
