    Check leak in wall, install shut-off valves, check dishwasher hookup

    I called WaterWorks after reading the reviews on HomeStars. My original call was what I thought was a leak behind a wall. When Larry, the technician arrived, he immediately knew what the issue was (expansion), explained it to me, and mentioned it didn't need to be fixed. I then asked him to install shut-off valves in my kitchen and upstairs bathroom as well as check the dishwasher hookup, which the previous owner had covered with an old cloth and elastic bands. He explained that the hookup had an old valve and was leaking water when it was turned. He explained what work needed to be done and provided a quote before he began. He then quickly went to work and fixed all issues cleanly and promptly. Although I perhaps could have called around for a more competitive quote, I'm glad I chose WaterWorks. (The price I have listed includes their service plan.) Their customer service is outstanding, and Larry was very friendly, courteous and clean while in my home. If I had another plumbing job, I would call WaterWorks first.

    Back water valve

    I contacted Water Works to ask for a competitive quote. From the start they were professional, prompt and conscientious. The estimate matched the end price. The staff right from reception through the work conducted in our home is first class. I highly recommend this firm.

    Kitchen faucet warranty call

    I recently bought a faucet from Water Works. I noticed that every once in a while, there would be a leak coming from the top. I called up Water Works and Michael was the technician. He came and figured out exactly what the problem was and said I didn't need to pay anything as I was still under warranty with them. I'm truly greatful in the work that Michael and his team do. They provide exceptional service and I would gladly recommend them to my family and friends.

    Sewage back-up

    They provided a fast response and timely service. Everything was explained and they did a reasonable job with the clean-up and very good job with the outside digging and refill. Courteous as well and I am happy to recommend this company.

    Plumbing Sump Pump Replacement

    Michael and his Water Works team were quick and professional. They explained my options and pricing in an informative and respectful manner. I wouldn't think to turn anywhere else. Great Value!

    Kitchen plumbing leak

    I had used Waterworks Plumbing before & was very satisfied. When I found the water under my sink, I called them and Michael came the very next morning. His work was done efficiently and for the cost stated. I'm very happy with the company & will recommend them to my friends.

    Toilet Gasket Install

    Had a toilet leaking from the second floor washroom to the ceiling in the living room. Called Water Works based on the reviews on homestar. Natasha was great with communication and Larry arrived within the time slot allotted. Natasha advised that there is a fee of $59.50 plus tax just for them to come out but the fee would be waived if Waterworks were given the go ahead to complete the job. I guess the $59.50 is an indirect way for them to get the job because it's going to cost you either way. At the end of the day, I ended up paying $390 for a gasket, a nut and bolt, and a new water line that took 1 hour to install. Over priced in my eyes because unlike other plumbers, Waterworks set their price based on the job and not based on a hourly rate, but what's done is done.

    Blocked Toilet

    This is a busy time of the year and we had a blocked toilt. I had very few times when I would be home, Natasha at the office had cancellation that worked for me, Michael came and fixed the problem. Reasonable price. secure system as they e-mail a photo of the plumber before he comes.

    Replacing Toilet Control Valve

    They came when they said they would.The work was done quickly and effectively. Michael was very pleasant, helpful and gave me some free advise about another plumbing matter. I will definitely use Waterworks/Michael for any future work.

    install a garbage disposal

    Michael, the technician was punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. Natasha, in the office, was courteous and helpful. My third time for using this company. I feel they are a little pricey but the service is excellent.
