    Snake drains, replace faucet cartridges

    Found WaterWorks on this site, and was impressed by number of reviews and the high score. So I called and an appointment was quickly set up. Larry came by and we discussed what needed to be done: 1) snake drains, and 2) address issues related to our tankless hot water system. He snaked the drains and diagnosed the tankless hot water issue, suggesting that I speak with a colleague of his to learn more about the replacement options available to us...there's no rush, so I'm not upset that I haven't heard from him yet. Larry was only able to fix one of the faucets because replacement parts were not available for any others. Turns out the replacement cartridge was defective and he came back a few days later to replace the replacement, at no charge (much appreciated). Each time he was here, I received a follow up call from the office to make sure all was good and to please write a review. This was followed up by a few email asks for the same. By phone, I replied yes, and that I'd get around to a review when I had some time. Now, five or six requests later in under two weeks, I'm fed up of being asked to provide an online review! Larry performed his job in a pleasant and professional manner - that's what I expect as a client. But I think I'll be looking elsewhere for the bigger work because, frankly, I can't stand the thought of paying good money AND then being badgered to provide an online review. Shame, really.

    New toilet

    The team at WaterWorks was very friendly and professional. They have superb customer service, which is backed up by their quality on-site work. Michael was great at assessing the problem and offering solutions.

    tap leaking

    Leaking tap in bathroom Michael changed 2 cartridges fixed problem in 20 minutes .Natasha kept us informed when he was coming and followed up after he had left. Very professional.

    Kitchen drain

    I am very happy about the service. Natasha the admin assistant will call in the morning to confirm with me. Michael is vey punctual. Did a great job with clearing the kitchen and replacing the kitchen faucet.

    Toilet Install

    Michael always does a good job. I have had him do several jobs and can count on him rectifying any concerns. Natasha in the office is pleasant to deal with and I would recommend dealing with both. This time he replaced a poor toilet I had with a new one I supplied.

    clear Main drain

    My basement toilet started to have a slow drain. I then realized that whenever I did the laundry, run the dishwater, or use the toilet on the top floor, water and sewage began to seep out from under the basement toilet. The smell was pretty bad too. It was a Friday afternoon and left several calls and got an answering machine on all of them until I called WaterWorks. It was nice to have an actual person answer. The woman was very polite on the phone and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. She sent me an email and photo of the plumber that would be doing the service. This was a once touch. Michael arrived promptly and quickly assessed the drain. Before he did any work, he laid out all the costs involved with the repair. In a couple of hours the drain was cleared and my basement was safe! I even went ahead and ordered a new toilet which he was able to replace on the spot and was courteous enough to dispose of the old one for me. I was very happen with the service and felt the cost was reasonable. I would never hesitate to use Michael and WaterWorks again!

    Rattling Pipes

    The pipes behind my wall started rattling when the toilet would refill or when the cold water was turned on. Larry from WaterWorks checked it out and believed the issue was originating from the hot water tank and recommended the tank be serviced. I had Direct Energy come out for a look and was told it was not the tank. When I called WaterWorks back they were open to returning to investigate and waived the service fee. When Michael arrived, he correctly diagnosed the problem. Turns out one of my taps was failing, which caused the problem. Michael replaced the tap with a Moen he had in the truck. Michael was great to work with and I would highly recommend him. I felt the price for the tap and installation was high, however, the service I received was first class, professional and convenient.

    Installation of back-up sump pump

    Waterworks responded quickly to my request. Michael installed the pump at my convenience and answered all my questions. The office responded well to my calls and helped arrange the best time for the work to be done. Very friendly and efficient service.

    Leak in bathroom

    I went through four plumbers before I called WaterWorks. One didn't call back, one stood me up, and two that came did not solve the problem. The cost might seem a bit pricey, but after being told that they might have to cut through the walls, this somewhat minor repair was a great relief. Waterworks was able to set up an app't the following day, and they came when they said they would. My plumber, Larry was great. He found and fixed the problem in about an hour total. I also got a follow up call the next day. My advice: Call this company first! In the future, I know I will.

    Toilet, Faucet, Disposal Repair

    Mike showed on-time and was very nice the pricing was the best on the web. Well done Mike, my toilet doesn't leak, my sink doesn't drip and he didn't try and up-sell the job. He did what was necessary.
