    Toilet flushing problem

    This is the second time I have called Waterworks Plumbing. The service is excellent. The same gentleman came to service my house for a second time. I was very happy with the service. Excellent, fast, effective and I will definitely call again for my plumbing needs.

    Inspection

    I am a repeat customer of WaterWorks. Today I hired them for an inspection and to address my water pressure. As always, they were on time and professional. I will continue to use this company in the future because they are honest, experienced and knowledgeable.

    Toilet Valve Replacement

    Michael arrived within the hour after I called WaterWorks. He explained all the options available and replaced the valve very quickly. Couldn't be happier with the work done and the efficiency of the response. I highly recommend WaterWorks.

    Water stain and leak on dining room ceiling

    We noticed a stain on the popcorn ceiling of our dining room. Our master shower stall happens to be directly above it. We stopped using that shower and noticed that the water stopped leaking. We were concerned that it could be a number of things and decided to call WaterWorks based on the positive reviews. Michael from the company came to take a look and told us that it was most likely that the shower stall needed to be re-caulked and even have my husband a few pointers including a little tip on how to clean the glass door and what product to use so that water and soap scum wouldn't collect on it. He said to re-caulk the stall and keep and eye on it and if the leak persisted to give him a call again. Michael was professional, prompt and courteous. We would definitely use their service again.

    Diagnosis of leak in basement

    I highly recommend this company. Natasha and Michael are awesome. Their follow up and support is a rare commodity in the service industry. You can tell they really try hard and go the extra mile. They definitely a company worth keeping on our go to list. Thank you. Anu P.

    Unclog toilet

    Michael came to fix our clogged toilet and he was very pleasant, explained everything he was going to do and fixed the issue in no time. I will definitely contact WaterWorks again!

    Repair sink drain

    We have used Water Works Plumbing on many occasions and they are always reliable, reasonable and on time. They have done many jobs for us include repairing our bathtub faucets, clearing a blocked sink drain and installing sink faucets and always a pleasure to have in our home.Always a Ten star service!     Toilet clog causing flooding

    The company responded quickly and accurately to my request, even able to arrive earlier than expected. The plumber, Michael, was professional, thorough, explained everything and offered opinions and suggestions that were unsolicited. I would strongly recommend WaterWorks.

    Bath tub drain blockage

    This is how I like the work to get done! between calling this company and the time all was cleared was barely an hour! Micheal Yuffa came to our place and not only fixed out bath tub but gave great expert advice for related issues he noticed in our bathroom. It's a big relief for us to know a trustworthy honest and friendly plumber. I highly recommend this company.

    Waterproofing

    We have WaterWorks Plumbing waterproofing our house. They have shown up when they said they would, have been friendly and professional. The always respond promptly (even on a Sunday), checked in to see things were progressing properly and accommodated us with scheduling around our commitments. Highly recommended!
