    Toilet Supply Line and Water Hammer in Pipes

    What a fantastic experience. Michael from Waterworks was punctual, professional, and above all friendly and helpful. What a fantastic experience. Natascha phoned to let us know Michael would arrive in 45 minutes and sent a picture of Michael to our email so we would know who to expect. Upon arrival, Michael quickly diagnosed and provided options to solve our problem. Pricing was very fair, and the work was performed quickly and beyond our expected standard. Thanks so much Michael, much appreciated!

    Kitchen faucet and drain

    I can't say enough about the service that we got from Michael of Waterworks plumbing. My elderly Mother was having a problem with her kitchen faucet as well as water leakage under the sink. Michael was wonderful.....professional and efficient as well as reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend Waterworks to any of my fanmily or friends. Your in good hands!     change toilet, clean drains,repair leaky tap

    husband passed away recently and was not used to finding and dealing with contractors, I was unsure what needed to be done and how to do it. Larry came right away, dealt with fixing the immediate problems, was friendly and explained things to me so I could learn and understand what was being done and why.

    High Water Alarm

    This is the 4th time I have relied Michael at WaterWorks Plumbing. As a result of the power outage from all the rain, our high water alarm in our sump pump was triggered and beeped all night long. In the morning, the beeping hadn't stopped. I called WaterWorks because of the quality service that we had received in the past and was was not disappointed. Michael was able to come out and solve the problem (free of charge!). The personal service that we have been accustomed to is the primary reason why WaterWorks is our go-to plumbing company. Thank you! (p.s. Homestars - I've written several reviews and have not once received a gift card as advertised. Know that my sole reason for taking time to write reviews is not for the gift cards, but it would be nice to be recognized for helping not only the companies under review, but also Homestars. Thanks.)

    Toilet didn't flush

    Michael was awesome! From the initial phone contact, to the email confirmation with photo (great idea) to the actual visit... everything was extremely professional. Michael assessed the problem, gave me a quote and fixed my toilet. This is exactly what you want when you have a problem. Total professionalism!!! Amazing work, will def call Michael again if something else comes up!

    toilet sink tubing leak

    I had multiple water drip marks in my basement ceiling. Michael came and said he had to cut the ceiling but it was pricy. It was $400.00 but he instructed me how to do it myself to save some money which I did. I called WaterWorks the next day for an appointment, and ofcoarse Michael was always on time. He found the source of the problem upstairs coming from toilet sink tubing which he fixed. He made sure it was done well before leaving. Its been a week and still no leak, so far so good. He told me he would come back to fix it if it leaks again. This company is very professional, punctual and gets the job done right. I'm giving this company a four star only because its expensive but it is well worth it. Maybe I feel it's expensive because I'm poor. You would get the work you're paying for. And yes, I would call them again if I needed help with plumbing. Thank you very much Michael and WaterWorks team.

    Plumbing

    I found Michael from Waterworks on Homestars. He has been to our home twice and provided excellent service. He is both knowledgeable and personable and very prompt. I would definitely recommend WaterWorks to anyone looking for plumbing help.

    Toilet flange replacement, Laundry shut off valves and leaking water heater pipe

    I contacted waterworks because of the positive feedback from homestars and I was not disappointed. The company was very professional with the dispatcher calling to inquire the type of problem, scheduling the plumber time, and also follow up after the work was completed. Larry was very friendly and understood exactly what needed to be completed. The quotation out of the price book was exactly what I paid and the work was completed professionally albeit had to be schedule twice (first appointment was bumped to another customer emergency). The previous homeowner installed new tiles. This raised the floor slightly above the toilet flange causing leaking. Larry did a great job replacing the flange and also raising it to ensure a proper seal. He also took the time to insert shims so that the toilet was solid on the tile. This attention to detail is what makes a company stand out from others. I was very pleased with the work completed. I would have given 10 stars if not for the rescheduling of my original appointment. Because of this, I had wasted the day waiting for the plumber to arrive. However, this would not deter me from using them again if I should every need their services.

    Plumbing`

    As an owner / operator of a small business we have had issues with the plumbing the last few years. This is a very stressful experience for me as we have clients coming and going needing to use the washroom (we are acupuncturists and registered massage therapists). I usually scour Homestars and go with who can best accommodate my schedule. I called WaterWorks first but with two small kids to pick up after school I wasn't sure I could do their timing. After calling a few other places I arranged for childcare and called back to book with WaterWorks. It really surpises me when someone is on time and courteous and efficient. Larry was all three. I even bought the Service Agreement and feel better knowing I have that. I was home in time for bath and bedtime! Thanks WW.

    Water leak in the tub

    I called in for a water leak in my bath tub. It was very difficult to reach place. Michael came in within a short time of my call, inspected and tightened drain and the leak just stopped. I really liked his approach, details and timeliness of the service. Will use him in the future.
