I requested a service call for the water filtration system that is in the house I purchased a year ago. I'd never used a filtration system before, and because the system hadn't been used for the past year, I assumed the worst, and that it would need new filters, and possibly more. The office was very efficient in booking the appointment, following up to confirm, and requesting a photo of the system to ensure the plumber brought the right parts. Michael Yuffa arrived on time, was quick and courteous in assessing the system, and to my delight, advised that the system was working well, and wouldn't need new filters for at least another 9-12 months. The only cost was a nominal service call fee.
