    Unclogged toilet

    I call Waterworks to unclogged my toilet. Their staff is great, they follow up and also call ahead of time. The technician was pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend and call then again.

    Leak Issue

    Waterworks and their staff is so nice. This is the second time we used this company and they are very helpful and offer lots of suggestion and they are never pushy. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. Will not hesitate to recommend and use them again.

    Drain leakage repair

    We had stressful time when we found the built-in drain to be leaking in the basement just one week away from the closing day on our house sale. I called waterworks and they booked me right away. Larry came in exactly On time. very nice guy. I liked the way he did the troubleshooting to find the issue. It was hard to know where the leak is coming from and it could take cutting the wall from the second floor all the way to the basement. He actually was able to identify where to cut on the wall. With small cut in the wall he got it. Stack got repaired and all of my stress went away. THANK YOU waterworks for the professional way in handling my service call from end to end.

    Osmosis Filtration System Service Call

    I requested a service call for the water filtration system that is in the house I purchased a year ago. I'd never used a filtration system before, and because the system hadn't been used for the past year, I assumed the worst, and that it would need new filters, and possibly more. The office was very efficient in booking the appointment, following up to confirm, and requesting a photo of the system to ensure the plumber brought the right parts. Michael Yuffa arrived on time, was quick and courteous in assessing the system, and to my delight, advised that the system was working well, and wouldn't need new filters for at least another 9-12 months. The only cost was a nominal service call fee.

    Clogged Toilet

    Although he was not able to come to our house for a few days from when we called (due to a broken truck), Michael was very friendly and provided great service, doing everything he could to minimize the cost to us. We would not hesitate to call again whenever there is a problem.

    Leaky Outdoor Faucets

    From the first contact with Natasha to Michael's visit, my experience with WaterWorks was very pleasant. I was pleased that they could accommodate my schedule (not available for the full 4 hour window). And Michael fixed both leaky outdoor taps quickly (didn't charge me for the second one) and with quality fixtures that would last a lifetime. While he won't need to come again for that tap, if I ever need a plumber again, I'll definitely use WaterWorks.

    Toilet Repair & Other Items

    Recently Mike was here to fix an ongoing problem with a toilet that a previous technician with another company said there was nothing wrong with even though it kept overflowing. Mike fixed the problem with a new part and recommended Bio-Clean which has cleaned out the pipes and everything is flowing better. On a subsequent visit Mike came for what I thought was a problem but was easily rectified and he didn't charge a dime. Having a service contract with them gives you a discount off of list and the comfort that someone knows what you have experienced in the past. I would highly highly recommend their services. I expect this kind of service because I too am in business www.postnet.ca/on102 and appreciate when I receive the level of service I encourage my staff to provide. Brad

    Replacing toilets

    This is the third time I've used this company and the service is always great. Larry installed four new toilets. He was punctual, friendly, and very helpful. He provided us with options and with enough information so we could make an informed decision. Thank you Larry and Waterworks!

    Crazy High water bill!

    Michael was so kind.We recieved a $600 water bill from the city.Michael from Water Works was able to pinpoint where our money was going down the drain and fixed it in a jiffy>Thank you for the great service and we look forward to a normal water bill from here on in! Alysse F.
