    installation of wide spaced faucet, pop up drain and new trap pipe.

    I required to install a wide spaced faucet, pop up drain and new trap. It was a challenge as the sink was a unique pedestal with very difficult access. A very professional plumber named Larry came from WaterWorks Plumbing at the appointed time. The work was completed to my entire satisfaction and expectation. As the saying goes "you get what you pay for". I have bookmarked this company should I need plumbing services in the future. tom smythe

    Faucet repair

    Once I phoned WaterWorks, Mike came within one hour to assess the situation. He was always punctual, professional, and explained in the problem and process clearly. Natasha was always fast with communications and follow ups. This was initially a stressful situation, but Mike turned it around quickly! I would highly recommend WaterWorks to anyone!

    Clogged Drain

    Arrived right away. Had a clogged drain that I couldn't fix on my own. Mike showed up and did the work quickly and everything was fine. The price was amazing considering the other quotes I got.

    dishwasher installation

    Mike was very helpful.He overcame some obstacles which we encountered and did not charge me any more than his quote . He was very professional and went above and beyond what was required.I would highly reccomend this company to anyone.

    drain replacement

    I was having some wetness issues in the basement around the main drain clean-out that had been going on for some time. Larry removed the portion of wall around the drain and discovered an incredible mess of badly put together pipes. He explained clearly what needed to be done, quoted me a price, went and go the part and had it all fixed within an hour. I felt completely taken care of and reassured that I won't have drainage issues again. Thanks Larry.

    Toilet leak, faucet replacement

    Michael visited us on schedule and quickly determined the problem with our kitchen faucet, which required replacement. Because our kitchen counter was in poor condition, he had to install a metal plate to provide a solid base for the new faucet. He also determined the cause of our large water bill (a leaky toilet) and replaced both the intake valve and flapper. He tested the system to ensure that our meter wasn't moving when all water supplies were turned off. He was cheerful and helpful and we will use Waterworks again and recommend the company to others.

    Plumbing

    We have been dealing with a nightmare having water damage in our condo unit. Michael was professional, insightful and logical. He educated us on drainage and was patient to answer all our questions. We would 100% recommend this company. Thank you!

    Sump Pump Replacement

    I had a poor experience with this company. I needed my sump pump to be replaced. Larry from Water Works plumbing came over and quoted me $768 + tax. this is almost $900 after tax. So I quickly jumped on the internet and checked Sump pump prices on my lap top while he was writing up the quote on his pad. I saw prices from $125 up to $300+ I asked which sump pump do you install? Is it a plastic one for $125 or a nicer one for $300+ This checking the cost on the internet and asking what sump pump insulted mr. Larry V because he felt that I was being rude to him because I was questioning the price of $768+ tax being to high. I wanted to ensure that I was not getting a $125 plastic sump pump and paying $600+ for instalation. I felt this was prudent to ask for the type of pump I didn't feel there was anything wrong with it. So Larry said I don't need this and walked out the door and left. He was so insulted by me asking for model type that he couldn't stand to be in the house anymore. So Mike called me from the service dept. He tells me this. I quote "When you go to a restaurant and order a steak do you call up the butcher and ask how much the cost is? Do you go and find out the cost of the onion rings." I felt that was very rude. Because if I was out for dinner, and I was paying $50 for a steak dinner. I sure as hell want to know if my steak is Angus beef or Triple AAA or lower. So yes Mike I would want to know what type of steak I am eatting. He also told me that people trust us, when we give you a price that price is comparable. That's fine I don't dispute that. But I don't see why asking for what type of sump pump caused such an up roar and having the plumber get up and walk out of my house and refuse to talk to me. So if you want to go with Water Works, I suggest you never question the price. Never ask what type of materials they will be giving you, just accept whatever they tell you and shut up and all will be good. If you question anything, you risk the plumber walking out in a hissy fit and not doing the work. I am still shocked that this happened today.

    Shower fixtures, toilet repair, water shut-off valve

    We've had ongoing issues with our plumbing throughout the house, and have had numerous repairs done over the years. Based on the outstanding reviews on Homestars, we decided to give WaterWorks Plumbing a try. We booked an appointment for a quote, and Natasha called us back right away. It's evident that she's very detail-oriented and loves her job. She scheduled our appointment and told us that she would call us an hour before the plumber arrived, and would send out an email with a visual of plumber (she did both of these things, as promised). After receiving Natasha's call and email the following week, Michael arrived at our home promptly, and was very professional right from the outset. He was able to determine some of our ongoing issues immediately, and outlined the potential costs so we could decide which repairs we wanted to concentrate on first. After some discussion, we elected to repair one of our toilets, put the fixtures back in our shower, relocate our main water shut-off valve, and fix another leaking water shut-off valve. Michael was very efficient in getting the repairs done, and he offered us a number of very valuable tips on home maintenance and other topics. He's extraordinarily knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled, and we will definitely call him again for future repairs on our home. We really appreciate all of Michael's dedication to ensuring that the job was done right (and we noticed after he left that each of the work areas was left in meticulously clean condition). Thank you very much for the excellent work!!

    Plumbing service

    Larry and Natasha were great. They solved everything promptly and professionally. They even called the "Region of Peel" to have the water main shut off. I didn't have to worry about anything. Thank you guys!
