    Washroom Sink Repair

    Great service from this company. Very organized and professional. Larry, Michael and Natasha are great to deal with. I still had a problem after my first appointment but they came back twice to make sure things were perfect. I will recommend them to others.

    püt in a new kitchen faucet

    my new home required a new faucet .it failed after a short time.So were referred to <water works plumbing and he showed up ön time and did a great job installing our new faucets.<IT WORKS AND LOOKS GREAT!Anne Mary in Brampton

    Replacing old sewer pipes

    It all started with friends telling as to better check our sewer line before doing any basement renovation so we did, and it turns out to be that our old house (built 1930’s) had clay pipes that were crumbled in some places and roots were growing in them. We’ve contacted a few contractors for the job and selected Water Works for the job and are very happy that we did. The job looked very messy, the soil that was removed was in very large quantities and we thoughts that we’ll never see it over ever again – we were wrong. The crew (Victor and the 2 other great guys) did a fantastic job, it was a very labour intensive. They did everything that they promised to do and more (they fixed other plumber shortcut on one of the stack). Water Works did a great job to clean it up after the job was done. Especially when we had only one door entry to the house, they kept it clean every day and were meticulous about it. The time table was honored with only one day of delay but understandable under the circumstances. Michael is a great guy to work with and to negotiate. We agreed on fair pricing, it wasn’t the lowest quote but, very reasonable and with no surprises at the end, which was very relaxing to us, as this type of jobs usually turn out to be bottomless pit. We are extremely happy with Water Works and will for sure call them again in the future if needed for other plumbing issues. Thank you very much Michael.

    Unplug Sink Drain

    Michael arrived on time and solved the issue extremely quickly. His manner was very friendly and he explained the process clearly. He also solved another minor plumbing issue free of charge which was certainly not expected.

    installation of pet toilet

    They showed up on time. They followed up afterwards. They got back to me quickly. They gave me a written quote. They set up an appt a week in advance and they came. They actually phoned 1 hour prior. At first I was not going to go with this company because I thought they wouldn't have the time for a small project, but they did have time. I called another stellar plumber on here but they didn't follow through and never called back. Water Works definitely does deserve top marks. Larry was my plumber and he was steady and calm. He did the job well and he knew what he was doing with no fuss. He was pleasant. Very good job, Water Works.

    Service

    Due to unforeseen issue I was unable to proceed with my plumbing project and the good people at WaterWorks were understanding and professional. They listened and refunded me my deposit no questions asked. When I do finally proceed I will definitely reconnect with them.

    Bathroom Retrofits

    Very professional business operation re communication with customer, speed of service and follow-up. Top quality work from personable Larry. A bit of sticker shock for me re retrofit of shower heads and faucets, adding grab bars and soap dishes at $1500 for 5 hours work. However after frustration with plumbing businesses recommended by others that created months of delay I quickly accepted this quote and gladly booked Larry. Would definitely use this company again. I also should have used homestars at the start.

    Plumbing Repair

    Micheal from The Water Works Plumbing is awesome! He came on time, he found the issue right away, resolved the problem in the most efficient and cost effective way possible. Was one of the best service calls I have received in a long time. I highly recommend him and his company.

    Replace Bathroom Tap

    My bathroom sink started leaking in the middle of the night. It was a good thing that I new where the shut off valve was to prevent any more water damage. I called WaterWorks plumbing in the morning and they were very friendly on the phone and had someone to my house the same day. Larry arrived around 1:00 pm and told me that the tap had to be replaced. He would have to remove the sink and the tap. I would have to go purchase my own tap if I wanted one similar to the one being replaced. He only carries one type of tap with him. I thought that to be reasonable until I heard the cost. The labour, which is all it would be since I would be providing my own hardware was going to be $1217.00. I am not sure how long that would take to repair, but that is totally crazy. He told me that the price is right out of his price book, which he showed me. I told him that I am sure other people have different price books. Just because it is written, doesn't mean that it is right. He was nice enough, but I would never pay that just for the labour to replace a tap. It seems more like highway robbery than anything else. The service was good but everything has a price. I paid for the service call, and will find someone else to replace my tap.

    Plugged Toilet

    Michael was fast and on time. Resolved the issue when we were concerned about having to replace our toilet. Greatly appreciated the work and care he took in the job. Should we have issues again, I would call Waterworks again!
