    Shower drain

    Michael helped us with our showerdrain. It only took half an hour, he had suctioned out tree roots that had entered our drain and now the water doesn't overflow! He also looked at all of our toilets and ensured that they flushed properly as we have had to hold the handle down to ensure a complete flush. Thanks Michael you are awesome!

    Cartridge replacement in shower

    Great service - courteous, personable and knowledgeable. Liked receiving the visual of the plumber who would do the work beforehand. Only complaints were promptness (arrived half an hour after the hour window that was quoted) and cost (likely high for cartridge replacement). Seems like a very well run company.

    Outside Water Trap Shut-off Problem

    After turning on the outside Hot & Cold water taps, the shut-off valves were leaking. WaterWorks Plumbing and Drains came to replace them within 24 hours. I found the whole process professional, well explained and the work was done quickly and the quality is high.

    Inspection and Repairs

    I recently bought an old home and noticed some issues with the plumbing. I was very impressed with the service that Michael provided. All prices were clearly laid out, and I was treated in a courteous fashion the entire time. He made some very good suggestions, and was able to quickly fix the small issues that were discovered. I had a very pleasant experience with this company and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

    Shower head no hot water

    Michael came in and did an excellent job with fixing our shower head which had no hot water running through it. Michael explained the issue and provided a number of options and an exact quote for each option. He was very knowledgeable and I will use WaterWorks again if I have plumbing related problems.

    replace water faucets

    Waterworks is a very reliable company. They honor their warranty. Service on time. From the lady who answered my phone inquiry to the professional plumber who finished the works, they were all good manner, helpful with excellent customer service as well as perfect, professional works.

    Toilet replacement

    I had some problem operating my toilet and needed advise as to what was the most fee-sable/beneficial service that could be done. Larry came for service and explained the pros and cons regarding replacing and/or repairing it. He was very courteous, understanding and went out of his way to satisfy my needs.     Hook up kitchen plumbing

    In short, I bought a new sink and faucet from one of the major big box stores and had a terrible experience in getting them to install and adjust the plumbing. After going without water for almost two weeks I looked up Water Works Plumbing and within two days everything was installed, hassle free. Very professional and friendly service. Thanks again, Mike!

    unclogged drain pipe

    Michael recommended a product and guaranteed that we would not contact him again for the same problem, i.e. clogged kitchen drain. He is right! We have used the product Bio-clean as recommended by him more than a year now. We appreciate his "true" customer service. Thank You Michael!

    Replace main shut off

    Larry replaced the main shut off valve in my basement. My plumbing tale of woe is long and painful....but needless to say WaterWorks saved the day - and my basement from the eventual flooding that was bound to happen. A little on the pricey side - but I'm happy with the work - and the level of responsiveness and quality of workmanship. A few bucks today certainly saved me from a lot more bucks tomorrow....
