    Bathroom Project

    I barely have time at home, and I had this project in my basement waiting for atleast 3 months. I saw their colourful truck on an intersection, and took down their number to call in. They were flexible with timings and had setup a time perfect for me. Overall, they did a great job completing the job, it was done in a quick and punctual manner. I definately recommend them to all those who are looking for a plumbing contractor.

    Plugged drain

    I had a drain that was plugged. No matter what I did I couldn't clear it on my own. WaterWorks came out, gave me a clear quote and was able to clear the drain. Very helpful and courteous. This was our second time using WaterWorks after using some other companies. We will definitely be using them again should the need arise.

    Leaky pipe in wall

    Thank you very much Water works for the great service I receive. Everything from the phone call to the office to the completion of the work was superb.The plumber showed up right at 8:15am and found the problem in a jiffy, He quoted me an upfront price and it never went up. He also give me some great tips regarding my washing machine hoses and open drain which I have to seal. Thank you very much Diane from Scarborough.

    blocked lines.

    our shower had been giving trouble for the longest time and after going through couple of people and not being satisfied we were happy to have found the perfect solution. the service was prompt cost effective and very reasonable rate compared to earlier quotes that i received.

    Plumbing

    Every element of using WaterWorks Plumbing was smooth and professional, right from our initial contact right through to the completed job. The plumber (Nathan) was courteous, pleasant and efficient. He quickly ascertained the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. He was conscientious and respectful in keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy while he worked and it was great service all round. Having previously had difficulty finding good tradespeople, this was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated, we would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who requires plumbing services.

    Service Call

    Nathan was prompt,polite, and professional. He did a full assessment of the issue, and provided helpful ideas to avoid similar problems in the future. An overall pleasure to work with.

    Replace Leaking Pipe and Install New Faucet

    Many thanks to Master Plumber Michael and his assistant Lionel for the great job and fantastic customer service they provided to me today. When unexpectedly a part was missing from the hardware I had purchased for them to install, they made every effort to accommodate my making a trip back to the store to retrieve the part so that the job could be completed today. I was very impressed by their punctuality, professionalism, courtesy and their emphasis on total customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Michael and his team at Water Works and would definitely contact them again for any other plumbing needs!

    plumbing

    Second time to use WW and satisfied both times. Came when expected, did work required and left no mess. Michael is very courteous. I felt comfortable to have them in the home.

    replace bathroom and kitchen faucet, repair toilet water problem

    Larry reviewed the work to be completed and identified other issues that I might want addressed, but he was not pushy about his suggestions. We discussed the costs for each of the items before he started and we agreed on the work to be completed during the visit. I was happy with the quality of the workmanship for the new faucet installations and most importantly my toilet no longer shudders after flushing. I would definately use WW for any future plumbing work.

    plumbing issue

    Michael and Lionel were here within minutes and got the work done and cleaned up everything after.Natasha let us know they were on there way so we could be ready for them So we wouldn't have to shut down the office. Fantastic job guys!
