    Water Leakage - Basement

    Recently we had Waterworks Plumbing work done at our home. And I have to say their team did a great and clean job. Their staff was courteous, and had delivered an extremely clean job. The rep. came in on time, had a look and had identified the pipe leak promptly. He brought in all the materials the next day and had diagnosed and complted it. And that's what I call experience and a dedicated company. I definitely recommened them to anyone. keep up the good work

    Replaced kitchen faucet

    Excellent Service. Quick to arrive and get the job done. Curteous service man, Mike was upfront about costs before starting the job and even took the time to have a look at the toilets and other faucets. I would definately use this service again.

    outside faucet replacement

    I was so happy with WaterWorks Plumbing and Drain! Mike was extremely professional: he explained in detail the work he was going to do, he gave me a quote from a printed resource he had (AND he stuck to the quote), he suggested ways to improve my current outdoor faucet set-up... I could not be more pleased with the work he did.

    Fixed broken faucet in bathroom

    Mike came this morning to fix my broken faucet. He was very polite and professional and fixed the faucet very quickly. Great Job! I would highly recommend using waterworks to everyone.

    Hot water heater repair

    We were very happy with the service. They were able to fix my tank-less water heater which was leaking. The plumber installed an upgraded component as the previous installer had cut corners and installed a cheaper part. He also fixed our sink and bath tub spout and kitchen sink drain. The work was done quickly and cleanly and this is definitely a company worth having on your speed dial.

    Kitchen Sink Faucet leaking

    I called Waterworks after seeing them on this website and seeing the great reviews and high ranking. The communication over the phone was very good and Michael called me back fairly quickly and scheduled the appointment for 5 days away (over the long weekend which is why it took so long i believe). Michael called ahead of arriving as promised and was very professional and clean. He fixed my sink in about an hour and installed a new faucet. He left my house as clean as when he arrived. I would use them again if i had a plumbing emergency, but it would be very handy if their website had a ballpark figure of prices. I understand that each job is different and they can't 100% quote over the phone until they see the work, but for those of us new homeowners with limited knowledge on a very fixed income it would save the heart attack of the price. Michael did tell me about the function on homestars where you can see what others have paid for similar jobs. I truly wish i had known that before having someone come out so i might have saved the $60 fee for assessment if i hadn't gone ahead with the work due to the cost (which i truly couldn't afford, but couldn't throw away $60 either). That being said Michael was very professional and i assume that all companies would have charged us the same, if not more.

    Dishwasher Installation

    Mike, the plumber who installed my new dishwasher was professional and courteous in all aspects. He provided me with a quote and delivered a high quality service. He was also able to inform me of a notable problem with the current water pipes that are being used in my building. I have since taken these concerns to the management of my building. I would definitely recommend Water Works Plumbing to anyone searching for a high quality job at reasonable prices.

    Toilet Fixing

    One of our toilets in our living room had been stuck for weeks, and we had no idea what to do. Waterworks gave us a free estimate and also made sure that we were given the lowest possible price in the market. On the day when they came to fix it, they spent about three hours, were very quiet to not disturb the home and got out ASAP. If you need a toilet fix, call WaterWorks!

    Fixing a leaky pipe

    Michael at WaterWorks was very prompt, friendly and professional. He was right on time to fix our leaky pipe, completed the job quickly and even called to follow up to ensure all was well. A great job indeed!

    fix broken waterline

    The waterline was damage and broken loose when I touched it. Luckily Michael came to the rescue. Very happy with the service. I would call WaterWorks for any future work
