    Leak repairs

    The service call was at a convenient time. The plumber arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He explained what he did and gave a reasonable estimate. Friendly and helpful!

    shutoff valves not closing

    Called Waterworks yesterday after discovering that my shutoff valve does not shut properly. Jean called a few minutes after sending an email to book a schedule. She very pleasant to speak with. She was able to accommodate my busy schedule. Mike came today and fixed my problem and more. He tested the condition of my tap water and filtered water. Checked to make sure that the hot water from my hot water tank is the right temperature. Gave me a lot of tips and was very professional regarding my answering my thousand and one questions about plumbing. I would definitely contact Waterworks for my future plumbing problems and when it's time to switch to tankless water heater. Happy holidays Mike and Jean. Stay awesome! Mark

    Drain blockage

    I phoned about a blocked drain and Michael was at my house in about one hour. He assessed the situation, gave me different options and his recommendation (the cheapest), did the work right away, tightened a couple of bolts in my kitchen, and was very friendly and extremely professional. The service was truly outstanding - the best I have ever had from someone in my home.

    hot water wasn't working

    Being a Lingerie and Swimwear boutique, we are a store filled with women. We had not had water on the first floor for over a week, and decided to call waterworks to come and help us. Michael came in with a big smile, and fixed what was very small problem - the hot water was not turned on! He fixed it quickly, and said he was happy to help.

    Plumbing

    I had a plumbing issue that left us without water for a day but Michael quickly fixed the problem. One of the best plumbers I have had in Toronto. Thanks.

    Replace interior water valve

    We could not shut off the water to our garden outside and it was dripping.We were afraid of a pipe freez up. We called in the the bes plumber in Toronto!We found them through a referal and we are extremely pleased.They arrived on time and did the repair right on the spot in a timely manner

    Toilet repair

    I booked with another professional who never showed up. I got very upset and decided to search on-line. I called this great company and set up an appt. for Sunday. Weekends and evenings appts are so important for working families, but some businesses don't realize it. It was a big plus to have someone coming here and solving the problem on Sunday.     Laundry faucet replacement

    My laundry faucet was leaking hot water and wasting heating energy. I called WaterWorks and they sent Michael to check the problem. When he arrived, the problem was quickly identified and the work was finished within an hour. Michael was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He also fixed a minor leaking valve in the basement. Overall, the work did not leave any mess. I am very satisfied with WaterWorks and would recommend it to other people with plumbing issues.

    plumbing inspection and drain blockage

    Replaced toilet in emergency situation 2 years ago. Came for plumbing inspection and drain cleanage today. Inspected all toilets and faucets carefully. Came at promised time, and completed work to my satisfaction. Very pleasant.

    2 Faucets repairs and drain

    The respond was quick, less than 24h. Michael arrived on time. My faucets and drain are repairs and the service was nice. Everything was clean and fonctionnal when he left. I will recommand Water Works to my friend.
