    Water leak in first floor ceiling

    Discovered a leak in my first floor great room which is directly below my laundry. Called Waterworks and was greeted with an enthusiastic and quite helpful Jean on the other end of the line. She booked me in for an appointment the following a.m. and said she would try and get me something earlier, she did and Michael who was just a pleasure arrived later that afternoon. He was quite thorough and explained everything in detail, brought my anxiety level down considerably. The next day the team of George and Ray arrived and within a short while figured out the problem and advised me and explained not only what they were going to do but how it happened. They completed their work within a couple of hours and cleaned up their work to my satisfaction, all while my baby took his nap just steps from their work area and remained napping. The price they charges was actually a bit less than I had thought which shows integrity and professionalism. I have been using my laundry facilities from the moment they left and have yet to see any further leaks. I would recommend them to friends and family and would definitely use them again. From Jean to Michael to George and Ray they have all been just a pleasure to work with and Jean called to follow up and ensure everything to my liking. It is very nice to work with the team of professionals at Waterworks. And George is really funny.

    leaking water radiator

    Service is excellent! I contacted Water Works Plumbing to fix a leaking radiator. Telephone reception was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Jean, the receptionist, made it easy to schedule an appointment. The plumber, Mr. Michael Yuffa, was on time, polite, friendly, tidy, efficient, and HONEST- he fixed my radiator with no difficulty and inspected & vented all but one of my radiators. I did not have a key to vent one small radiator in my home- after I completely paid for the service, he promised to return at another date to vent it with the key. I was uncertain as to whether he was sincere about completing the job. Not only did he return to vent that small radiator, he gave me the key at no additional cost! He was also patient, courteous, and informative when answering all of my questions.

    Sewer Backup

    What I thought was mud, backing into the basement from a heavy rain, turned out to be... something else. This was our second time using the company, and we have no regrets becoming members of their Platinum Plus program. They have two rates- one for non-members, and one for members. The rates are listed in a book, so you know you're not getting scammed. Michael showed up (way faster than I had expected) and attacked the clog, head-on. He told us how to follow up, and make sure it doesn't happen again. For a job like this one, you want to be able to trust your plumber. Water Works is 2 for 2 in our books.

    Low hot water presure problem

    I had not used The WaterWorks Plumbing before , we had a low hot water presure problem in our kitchen. I called them from an ad on internet, the dispatcher was efficient, and told me she would have a worker at our home next day morning.Michael showed up in time. Polite, helpful,proffesional. He gave me a price, I agreed, he started work and it was done in one hour. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing works.

    Potfiller and Washer Hook-up

    I contaced Waterworks plumbing after reading the reviews on Homestars. Jean was wonderful and set-up an appointment according to my schedule. Everything was going well, until we had a leak with the Potfiller. The builder (drywaller inserted a screw into the water line but did not test it). George stayed until the builder corrected the issue and made sure that everything was working prior to his departure. I cannot say enough kind words about Waterworks. They are neat (clean), detailed and treat your home like their own. This is hard to find in the trade world. Thank you very much.

    clogged toilet

    I would like to thank George and Jean for exceptional service. They where very friendly and down to earth while very eager to help solve my problem with my toilet.

    Installed new dishwasher, replaced faucet

    I had a great experience with WaterWorks Canada. The operator who scheduled the appointment was kind and professional. Not to mention funny. My plumber George was on time, professional and very clean. I would definitely suggest you ask for him by name if you can. Nice guy, nice job.

    repair faucet

    Called waterworks for service and they were very accomodating to my schedule for service and friendly. They arrived on time as scheduled and fixed the problem in a no time. I would recommend this company and will use them for future plumbing needs.

    toilet replacement

    George and another employee (forgot his name)came on time and with a phone call before hand as promised. They presented me with several options and suggestions and in the end I chose to have my toilet completely replaced rather than just repaired. I had heard that the difference in water usage would save money in the long run from certain websites and George confirmed that this was the case. They provided prompt service and I am happy!..which according to their slogan means that I had to pay.....lol.

    Water Meter installation

    I utilised the services of Water Works for the installation of a water meter. George was great, he was prompt and efficient in completing the work and negotiated a better price with me. I really appreciate it when all of our needs are met. Thanks again George.
