    Investigating a potential leak behind a wall

    We had a dripping noise coming from behind the wall and we called Water Works to investigate the problem. Michael made it to our house right on time and right away put on shoe covers even though we told him he didn't have to. After a very thorough investigation of the house and all the exposed plumbing, Michael determined, and advised, that the noise was not plumbing related and that it was most likely movement in the vents. We were grateful for Michael's honesty and wouldn't hesitate to call him again when we need plumbing services or to recommend him to our friends and family.

    water quality testing

    I contacted Water Works to try and figure out why our water wasn't tasting quite right. I thought the web site was impressive and professional looking, spoke with Jean who was very friendly, and didn't bother calling anyone else as I was already impressed. Jean called about a half hour before Michael came to let us know he would be there shortly. Michael was very friendly, took action, and was a pleasure to deal with.

    fixing leaky bathtub faucet

    Jean was pleasant and was able to make an appointment for next day service. George showed up on schedule and was able to replace my faulty Moen cartridge for my single handle bathtub faucet in about 20 minutes. George was friendly and professional. I would definitely consider using waterworks again.

    Repalced Toilet

    I called Waterworks last night because my toilet cracked. Jean was very friendly and helpful. George, the plumber, showed up at the promised time and was very effiecient in installing my toilet. He was friendly and left the place celaner than it was before he came!!!! An amazing company!!!!!!!!!

    Bathtub Faucet Leak Repair

    WaterWorks provided me with great service from the initial phone call with Jean, who was courteous and very helpful, to the repairs by George today, who provided timely professional service with a smile. I'm glad I decided to go with this company after reading many rave reviews on HomeStars! I also really appreciated the phone call to notify me that George was on his way and the follow up call from Jean to ensure I was happy with the service provided.     toilet replacement

    Mike discussed options for toilet replacement with us and was able to instal a new toilet and take away our old one in a very short time. He was exceptionally pleasant and worked neatly and quickly, answering all of our questions.

    Toilet Repair

    Water Works is awesome! In less than 24 hours after calling Water Works, I had George at our door ready to help. He accessed the situation and had our toilet fixed in half an hour and at very fair cost. I also had a great interaction with Gene, over the phone, who took down my info and made my appointment. Great overall experience. I knew exactly when to expect George and Gene even followed up to make sure all went well. Thanks Water Works!

    Removal of old toilet and putting in a new toilet. I purchased my own toilet and called Water Works to come and install it. They were very punctual, clean, friendly and informative. I am very happy with the service and the results.

    Impressive, that is a word I can use to describe the job that was completed at my house today. The removal of a very old toilet and the installation of a toilet, that I purchased, was very well done. They arrived on time and completed the job neatly. They were very curtious regarding walking around the house and ensuring no water was dripped around the house or in the bathroom. I would recommend them to complete other plumbing jobs for sure.

    leaking bathroom faucet

    I called The water works plumbing and they rushed someone over right away. George was fantastic friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was fast efficent and did a great job.

    sewage pump replacement

    The sewage pupm in the basement gave-up on saturday night,so one of the toilets got pluged.I called The Waterworks and in less than hour technician was on site.In half an hour problem was solved.Great service and very professional(not to mention very friendly and funny). Thank You Guys, You made my day
