    repaired the burst line in wash room

    Woke up this morning and found the powder room flooded with water and then called waterworks at 8am ,Gene at the other end was very good and had their owner of the company Michael come in and finish the job in 1hr thanks to Waterworks I am back in Business

    Replacing sump pump

    I called Waterworks and they were very friendly and informative. They were able to come the same day I called. The office called me 45 minutes prior to the plumber arriving so we knew that he was on his way. The plumber Mike, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He wore 'booties' over his outdoor shoes. He offered helpful advice beyond the scope of the project. It was an efficient and painless process to have the work done!

    Toilet repair x 2

    Prompt response to the appointment request, service call time was very flexible, multiple service recommendations offered, service was quick a friendly. I would recommend WaterWorks to friends in a heartbeat.

    Toilet Stoppage

    My parents were away in Europe and all of a sudden I developed a clogged toilet that wasn't flushing the water kept rising. I was so nervous it was going to overflow and was desperate for someone to come help me out as soon as possible. I found Water Works in the yellow pages and what really attracted me to them was that they work evenings as well. I decided to call them right away because at this time it was 4pm. I spoke to a lovely woman on the other end that was very nice and reassuring to me that it will be fixed soon and TODAY, and she was right. I had Michael Yuffa come to my house less then 2 hours later. He was extremely pleasant to me and definitely helped me out. He fixed the the problem very quickly and at first sat me down and gave me different prices for what the problem could be. I really appreciated him being honest with me so i knew right away how much the cost would be, so i wasn't surprised. I really appreciated that a lot. I was so thankful for The Water Works Plumbing company to be very assuring that the problem will be fixed right away and it was. Thank you so much. Mike was a very pleasant man and i would definitely call back in case something happens again. GREAT JOB :) A+++

    Leaking drain pipe

    We noticed a leak in our basement this morning and called Waterworks based on Homestars reviews. An appointment was made the same afternoon. Michael came by and was very professional and easy to talk to. He listened to the problem and provided a quote for the leak as well as other things I was interested in doing. Micheal explained everything he was doing and even showed me the cracked pipe that he replaced. I would definately use this company again.

    Bathroom renovation

    We had a leak and suspected that it was coming from the living room ceiling and when George came and inspected it, he advised us where the leak was really coming from. We also wanted to have our bath faucets and shower head replaced and was very pleased that he had one ready to install. He was very patient and explained clearly what he was going to do. Thank you George for your exceptional service and we'll definitely recommend WaterWorks to our neighbours!

    Replacement toilet in master bathroomm

    Just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the service I received today from your company. I had a toilet that was not functioning properly and needed to be replaced. George came to our house and investigated the problem and advised that the toilet would need to be replaced due to hard water buildup. He mentioned some other short term fixes also. I chose to have the toilet replaced, which only took George about an hour to replace. Even though George did not show up until 745pm after I was told at 430pm that someone would be there in an hour (traffic on the 401 is not fun anytime, but rush is the worst) I am still impressed with your service and that I called at 430pm and the toilet was replaced by 845pm the same day is exceptional!!!! Thank you Chris Power

    Kitchen sink repair

    Please add my name to the list of Waterworks fans. They showed up when they said they would (with a phone call to advise they were on the way), explained the problem in terms I understood, explained my options, listened to & answered my questions, and performed the work in a very professional manner. If another plumbing problem occurs, I won't hesitate to call Waterworks. Murray

    install toilets dishwasher, etc...

    my wife has been on my back to get all this work done, and with the great help that Mike provided we were able to get all done quickly and the clean up was worth every penny...Mike took it all away with no mess left behind!     unplug a drain

    A plugged drain in the kitchen caused a leak in the basement. George –from Water works- fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. However, he charged me $337 for unplugging the drain. The job was professionally done.
