    Plumbing projects

    They came on time. Installed new sink and faucets in one bathroom. New faucets in kitchen and new vanity and faucets in powder room. Pleasant, clean, efficient,good workmanship. Discussed any problem areas and fixed as needed. Will have them back again.

    toilet replacement

    I'd been putting off having my poorly flushing toilet looked at for three years, because I dreaded finding out that it would be a huge, expensive job. But I finally made the call, and it turned out to not be so scary after all. Michael was fast, reassuring, and when the job turned out to be bigger than anticipated, he gave me an expensive long-term solution and a cheaper short-term solution. We talked over the pros and cons to both, with no pressure to choose either way. I'm planning a bathroom renovation in the future, and I'll definitely be calling The Water Works for that when the time comes.

    Shower Faucet Repair

    George did a great job in looking at our potential plumbing problems, explaining the issues and the choices for work, fixing the shower faucet which didn't have any hot water, and in explaining the bill. Would go with the company again.

    Leaking toiler

    We had a leaking toilet and puddles were collecting on the bathroom floor. George did a professional job of rebuilding a valve in the flush and I am happy with the work.

    Dishwasher installation

    Prompt service, Installation was done quickly with great attention to detail. Work area was kept very clean and all garbage was disposed of by the technician.Very courteous and friendly service.

    Shower water pressure

    The water pressure in our shower stall had decreased significantly and we called WW to schedule a plumber to look at it. They were immediately available and George our plumber did a great job. He was courteous and very fast. We now have a shower that works as well as when we first moved into our home. We would most definitely call WaterWorks again if we need a plumber in the future.

    Bathroom sink and faucet replacement

    I had a bathroom sink and faucet replaced and Michael did it in less than an hour after we have discussed all that needed to be done. He was really very professional and he did not put pressure on me. Overall I am very happy with the job done and will recommend Water Works to anyone. The work was job one.

    broken tub faucet

    I was taking a shower in the morning and the faucet broke in my hand. I panicked and then I got water works to come over right away. He explained two possible options, one was repair and one was to replace it. He saved the day and some money to and did a fantastic repair, Thanks Water works.

    dishwasher installation and pipes adjustment

    the service was offered the same day I called. Everything was done quickly, smoothly and professionally, just as one would like it to be to be done. I would recommend it to my friends.

    Unplug shower

    This is my second time using Water Works Canada and again I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The work was done in an exceptable amount of time. Michael was friendly and helped me to understand what was causing the problem and how I could prevent it from ocurring again. I highly recommend their services.
